Always super nice workers. But no one should have to ask for napkins at a drive thru restaurant. Yet that is their policy here - if you don't ask, you don't get. They bother to ask if you want sauce but never "do you need napkins".
Yeah, IT'S FOOD!!
We come here almost everyday and most the workers know us and know to give us napkins, apparently. But we went the other day and were served by somebody unfamiliar and weren't able to eat our fries because there was no napkins to lay them on to cool off and wipe our fingers from the burning oil. I mean where's the discount for that 🤷🏻
Also, while I'm here, please just ask for my order. There's no need to add steps with "let me know when you're ready." A person in a drive-thru is there to save time. There's something to be said for well-established practices such as simply, "welcome, may I take your order." That line covers everything because the majority will just give their order - very efficient, no thought needed; if they're not ready they will simply say "give...

Now, I will preface this with staff had every right to be upset if they heard the unsavory comments made by the person on speakerphone.
That being said, the quesadilla I ordered was not even close to being cooked. The shredded cheese used for it was clumped at the bottom of a cold tortilla with some meat at the top. I had not eaten all day and felt a headache coming on, and scarfed down the cold cheese and meat sandwich even though I could not tell if it had touched a griddle long enough to even pretend to be cooked. It certainly did not feel like it.
So this long story is only to remind people to be nice to your service workers. I am truly sorry if the person taking our order or other staff heard what this person on the phone said, and had their shift...

Poor customer service too, Del Taco.
I bought 4 items, did not receive one item a Crunchy DelTaco, and the bean burrito was green even though I asked for a red sauce burrito.
Also- night shift at this location are more interested in laughing and standing around talking more than working. The time before this time I ordered frys, there were none, so they made fresh frys and then made them extra crispy... I heard the buzzer on the machine going off for a while, and the employees were just standing around talking. I just threw the frys away and walked out. I had already finished by the time I got my crunchy frys. It's too bad because i feel they are lower priced than Taco Bell. If I go during dayshift and eat in the restaurant... the food is also better than Taco Bell.
What's happening...
