GameStop — Local services in Manteca

I have been a loyal Gamestop rewards member since I could remember. I love going into the store and shopping for all my gaming needs. My wife and I decided we don’t use our Apple Watches and have been very excited for the release of the Hogwarts legacy. So I went online and found out Gamestop is giving $51 per apple. I got my quote emailed and pointed me to the store nearby. I went to store and Andrew was being very rude from the start. Sounded like he wasn’t having a good day, which I understand but I also work in retail and you gotta be able to put your emotions aside and provide the best customer service. Told me in a really rude and annoyed attitude that they needed to be charged and needed both cords. Then told me that he can’t do them if they aren’t charged but they were and just needed to be turned on, as I’m no newbie trading in devices with you guys. Then proceeded to tell me that they aren’t accepting my device anymore when the website said it was. Kept trying to push me out of the store to not do the transaction. I called a store in Stockton and the fact checked all of the lies I was told by this Game Advisor. He needs to be held accountable for his horrible attitude/ service and knowledge of what Gamestop system capabilities. Before we left he went back on the phone to complain to his manager about Days off he was being approved for. Which solidified the assumption that he was being rude because he’s mad at the company . WORST GAMESTOP EVER - I am a member and have been to a dozen GameStops. Never ever have I encountered rude employees. Plus they first lied to me and said I only needed one code for the shiny Pokemon regardless of how many games. Then when I went back and asked for more. Then the guy said he didn't say it, then when I argued that he told me and another customer before me, retracted with it doesn't matter were only giving one. So I have to just keep going to all the GameStop for the 2sets of games I paid for so all 4 of us could play together but I can only get 1 shiny. The least that could've been offered was for a pair since the games were ordered as a pair. Not to mention I have seen numerous posts from people going to GameStop and got a handful of cards not just one, so clearly it was...

kena tsao & the rest of the staff there are great. I've been a gamer since the first call of duty 4 mw1 was out back in 2007/2008 Gamestop is way better then game crazy was. I'll always be a gamer for life. The staff are always so nice & friendly always greeting u when u walk through the doors. I always love the Sony & Nintendo sections of games & PS cards. Kena tsao is the no#1 very friendly staff there she is still a gamer herself & goes to comic on e3 conventions. Yes GameStop is way better then gamecrazy was. I would like to work at GameStop myself to. We us gamers always help each other including the staff from the graphics to the storyline...
