Deli Delicious #82 - Spreckles Ave. — Restaurant in Manteca

Every time I’ve gone to this location their doors have never been open and had a lock on them. I do not understand why as I can see the workers behind the glass but the doors are not open even when the times state that they should be open. This is happened on three different occasions with my girlfriend who really enjoys this brand of food, but I cannot be OK with the fact when this is happening during the week day at normal lunchtime hours. I’ve gone to other locations and I’ve never had this issue it’s unfortunate that this one seems to be particularly sour with its opening times. I seriously hope the manager knows that their workers are simply locking down the store in order to avoid work. Perhaps they should check the transaction history see what gaps there are during the day, otherwise if they’re being directed to do so by their manager it should be made public to customers that the store will be closed during specific hours.For these multiple huge inconveniences I will never revisit the store regardless of how much I enjoy the quality of their food. Please, fix this issue or update your times on Google so that people do not arrive to locked doors when it is clearly advertised...

my first experience was amazing the staff was awsome and the food was on point...today was a different story they were out of lettuce so I asked if they could use lettuce from the salads they have and without a beat the gentalman helping me said no...okay...I'll have a philly instead. I asked if they could make my one sandwich before a large order was put in before me because the person with the order left and said he would be back in a few and I had my mother waiting in the car and her oxygen was low. The girl making the sandwiches looked up at me with the dirtiest look. okay cool no worries.... they did not make my sandwich first....I waited a good 20 mins..... after they gave me my food the girl who made my sandwich was doing something on the computer and I asked her for a ketchup she never once looked at me or said a word just handed me a ketchup and continued doing whatever she was doing. I felt like I was bothering them by getting food. then to top it off my sandwich was the smallest sandwich I've ever seen for 17 dollars.... The staff was rude and very unwelcoming. wont be...

This was my first visit to this location and I couldnt be happier with the customer service I recieved. My husband, toddler son and I arrived during the busiest time of day, the place was full of people. The lady at the counter who took my order was so patient and helpful. We ate in so we found a table as soon as we got our drinks our food was ready superfast. I was amazed they brought us out our food to our table also included side dipping sauce for our fries with out us having to ask extra napkins, even brought out an extra cup special for my toddler son for a drink. The lady helping us at our table was great she anticipated our needs provided what I felt was the best service i recieved by far from any of the local sandwich shops. She made sure to check on us verify we were satisfied, even gave us samples of the soup... Which was amazing. The experience at this deli by far will have me coming back the service recieved made my meal one of the best I had in along time...
