Just left, was there for about 40 minutes. The whole time there was a group of little girls of varying ages running through the store full speed screaming at the top of their lungs. Their mother did nothing, but what's worse, the two associates on the floor did nothing to get them to stop terrorizing the other shoppers. Instead the man and woman associates stood in front of the carts by the front door the whole time, lost in their own conversation. They didn't care the other customers were literally flinching these girls were screaming so loud, or that the girls were tearing stuff off the shelves and almost hitting customers. Must have been a really interesting topic because they were like that the whole time I was there, even though the cashiers were even complaining about the screaming. They were literally next to the cashiers! No way in heck they didn't see or hear what was going on! I get stuff is cheap there and the job probably sucks but you don't get to ignore a problematic situation that's making your customers and staff uncomfortable. I overheard a woman on the phone who had to explain to the person she was talking to that there was a ton of screaming for some reason because it was that loud. The male associate had the audacity to tell me to have a good night when I returned my cart.
