Grocery Outlet — Local services in Manteca

This being grocery outlet I understand that they can run out of items and they don't constantly restock the same items. However several times at my local grocery outlet in Manteca I have gone on the first day of a new sale as well as the last and they don't have the items in the ad. The items in the ad are often what bring me into the store so it's very frustrating when they don't have advertised items in stock as this is what often brings me into the store. Today at my local store the advertised a specific brand of unsweetened tea at 59 oz and I found the matching item however the bottle in the picture was different than what was on the shelf. There was nothing else on the shelf and there was no sticker indicating that there was another bottle of the exact same brand size and flavor. I think I'll start going to different grocery outlets...

Been shopping here for about 6 years. It IS a bargain market, meaning a lot of the time the product is near expiration or there is some sort of defect in packaging. It's product that's still good and useable, but other big chain stores refuse to sell. Works for us! Great great prices, and excellent customer service. They all greet with a smile and they talk to our kids everytime we walk in. A lot of them have seen our kids grow from infancy, so it's always like talking to old friends when we shop there. Mr Hill in particular has formed a special relationship with our family, and become a valued friend. Clean,big,good deal but the cashier made my experience not wanting me to go back. I was happy I had food stamps and she asked me if I wanted to buy bags ,my daughter told her don't you get bags with the stamps and she said well are these yours or hers my daughter said I am just helping her put her grocery on the counter it should have not been a big deal, I didn't feel happy any more I guess I am going to stick with the store in stockton I don't want to go home feeling ashame that I got food stamps. The cashier in stockton don't try to shove and over fill the bag so that they rip trying to get the into the car and I had to pull out my my own bag from my walker so she wouldn't have to use the store bags sorry I won't be...
