Worst service and experience I ever encountered. After reading reviews and speaking with manager claudia i took a chance thinking and being assured my phone would be fixed. First thing I paid for a screen upfront and had to wait until it came in to be placed on my phone. Then I had to call to see if the screen was in, brought my broke phone in, picked the new phone up, had more damage to my phone than when I brought it in broke the first time. Claudia gave me a partial refund, broke phone back, so I took my phone to another repair store they took my phone and actually took a look at my phone to figure out what was going on. They noticed my speaker had been slashed from someone using a sharp tool to open the case. This other repair store has been in communication with me and on top of that I won't pay until my phone is fixed. I called claudia to ask what had happened to my speaker it was nothing but a blame game on her technician keyshaen and how she's been a technician since 2008 if that's the case why isn't my phone fixed by you and your company. Like I said I was trying to give my business to this company but they are scandals and create more damage to your phone from not proper care.    Read moreI broke my iPhone screen and wasnât sure if there was more damage because before the screen cracked all the way my phone glitched out terribly, so today after my daughters soccer game I went to this location to get a quote and after speaking to the technician he told me that they could do a free diagnostic which was great because I wasnât sure if I need a new phone or just a new screen. The diagnostic was done in less than 10 minutes and it turned out I just needed a new screen (great news) so I was in and out within 30 minutes which is notable because I couldnât get an appointment with Apple until a week and a half from today! The technician was super friendly and made the whole experience wonderful from beginning to end..the apple store is good at what they do BUT as far as expedited repairs and customer service they are lacking. I will be taking our phones here from now on not just based on that but the price as well! I donât always leave reviews but when I do itâs because the service was above and beyond or extremely lacking in quality and Iâm happy to say that this was a great experience and have already told family and friends about...
