Obviously, people like what they like. Hate what they hate. Or, are too stubborn to change any opinions of food whether they enjoyed it or not. I don't know about you, but, I don't know of any good "Ma & Pa" owned Pizza Parlors in any 200 plus mile radius of where I am at. If not further in distance. What?! I can't hear you. Yea. Yea. Yea. Opinions. If no Mama & Papa Parlors exist , then the next option is corporate PizzA Parlors aka: pizza chains. So...with that being said. I know what PIZZA is and what it isn't. Being from Chicago, I believe my opinion should be heard with an opened mind. No more scoffing, please... Domino's has pizza that hits nerve central in "my" taste senses, satisfying enjoyment. I don't gag when I take a bite. I don't think it's "okay" and find no reason to disapprove of ingredients or how Pizza is prepared, baked, and presented. What's the exact reason why anyone dislikes Domino's Pizza? anyway. Exactly. I can hear you loud and clear. SILENCE. There is no reason. THIS exact location has employees that are actually genuinely nice. No under breath talking, no s°~t talking about previous customers in front of other customers. No rude comments. Never had an issue with an employee not going out of the way to help . The customer service goes beyond good service. They actually, want you to enjoy your Pizza and all other food items on Domino's Multi Variety Menu. Employees here seem to be genuinely nice. I'd rather have a rude employee be rude to me than have a rude employee fake being nice. They seem to enjoy their job to where it translates to the exceptional service they offer. Thank You for "being real". Thank You for making an enjoyable pie and all the appetizers, that I love to dip and then dip...
Read moreI did not catch the name of the gentleman working in the store today, 9/15 @ about 15:30, when I came in to pick up my orders, but he was absolutely phenomenal and our food was the best we have gotten from Domino's. I walked in, and told him my name. He asked if I had the two orders, which I did. I chuckled and said it was because I only had $100 bill. It was then I noticed their sign that they don't accept bills over $20. 🤦♀️ I offered to go next door to break it, but he was so kind and was able to make my change. We then chatted briefly, and he was the absolute friendliest. I keep forgetting my birthday is tomorrow, so when he asked me what my plans were, it suddenly dawned on me. He wished me a happy birthday and just put a seriously good spin on what he didn't know had been a tough day.
When I got home, the food was still piping hot, and that cheese pull was to die for! The amount of buttery, garlicky, parmeseany goodness on my bread bites was enough to still be sloshing around on the bottom. Everything was cooked perfectly, and was just delicious. I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name, I even tried searching through my app, notifications, and emails to find his name, but I came up empty handed. I just wanted to say thank you so much for making my day that much better, and for being a genuine human being. Your kindness was infectious and I knew I had to pass it along. We will...
Read moreI went in to pick up my order this afternoon & there was only one person working, Lauren. That’s probably why no one was answering the phone. She never said hello or gave me eye contact. She just stayed behind the counter putting an order together. I walked to the register to wait for someone to help me. I realize she was the only one there & asked her if I could pick up my order that I had placed. She then walked past me, went to the back, came out with a ball of dough, walked right past me, then started making some thing. I asked her if I could pick up my order that was ready to take and she told me “NO”. I was befuddled at this point & told her I’d like to pick up my order that I already paid for and then she told me she could deny my service and cancel my order. Again, I said I had already paid for my order I just want to pick it up. I asked her if there was a manager and she said she was the manager. I do blame dominoes for not having enough workers. I’m sorry, but she was a terrible manager. And as a small business owner myself. I would never treat anybody the way she treated me. No more Domino’s...
