I just want to say I love this place! The best Sephora there is and I will continue to come back! l have been to so many and I have never received the customer service like I did here. They went above and beyond in trying find the perfect foundation for me ( I am so picky sorry guys!) and they didn't give up nor were upset and took it as a challenge lol! Then 3 1/2 hours later and 6 different people assisting me I found my perfect foundation and shade ! The Hourglass Vanish Foundation in Nude. Read moreI came into the store to purchase a pretty massive haul as I had needed to restock quite a few items and try some new ones. One of those being the ordinary glycolic acid, and one of the girls tried to help me, her name started with a D and she wears glasses. She simply looked at the item and said “oh we’re out of stock since this morning sorry” and didn’t bother to check at all. Which really annoyed me because there was no attempt to even check the bottom drawer. Mind you, the website said it was in stock (i understand the app may not always reflect store stock) but again, no help besides just saying “sorry it’s out of stock” . Another employee Gracie came around and asked if I needed assistance and I asked her if she could kindly check if the item was in stock in store and she asked if the previously employee had checked with the (iPad or iPhone not sure which one but basically it checks THEIR stock) i told her no, that she didn’t even bother to do that. So Gracie checked the bottom drawer and guess what… the item I wanted was THERE the entire time. The other girl didn’t even bother to check, horrible customer service. Gracie, thank you for actually taking the time to simply look in the bottom drawer for me, and finding the item, you actually are there to help the customers. I’m spending over $300 at this store and regardless of how much a customer comes in to spend they should be helped to the fullest extent not just given a BS excuse and not even bother to check. I used to love coming to this store, I am a Rogue member so I come OFTEN to purchase things. Read moreWe went into Sephora Redlands tonight because we previously bought a lipstick from the Sephora in Victoria Gardens and once we got home we realized that the box had a sample lipstick from a different brand in it. We did not have high expectations for an exchange but Sydney and Lindsey completely changed that for us. Not only did they let us exchange the lipstick but once they heard that this was a Christmas gift for my mom, Lindsey came out with a few gifts for my mom to make up for it. This wasn’t their mistake yet they apologized for the inconvenience and made our experience so much better. So much better that they restored my faith in Sephora and made me want to come back in the store and shop there. I will definitely be coming back and shopping at Sephora more because of them. They were exceptional and I do not have enough words to describe how beautifully they treated us and how much we appreciated it.
