Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in California

I ordered a pizza. It was late by a half hour. Meaning a full 1.5 hours had past before anyone even bothered or cared to notify me that you ran out of dough. When I called, I was put on hold after I explained the issue. I was told I would have to wait an additional few minutes until the manager was available. When he finally came on, it wasn't, let me make you a pizza, it was, I will have to cancel this order and start a new one, and work on getting you a free pizza in the future.

Unacceptable on every level for a pizza that is +30 buck and I always tip well. I will go anywhere else than this pizza establishment in El Dorado Hills. Terrible customer service, I mean the absolute worst way to speak to a customer who was waiting a total of 1:45 minutes before getting some resolution as to where my pizza was.

A phone call would have been nice, I am an understanding person, but ignoring me, like pretending me and my order were going to magically go away and not be hungry? Now I am foced to find other dinner plans after returning from...

Shopping nearby at Nugget and kids decided pizza is what’s for dinner! They love the pizza here. We ordered to go and walked to nugget. By the time we got back, our pizza was ready!

We usually try to see what the special is as it’s normally a better deal than just ordering a regular pepperoni. Today’s deal was a pepperoni triple play for $19. Cheaper than a large pepperoni. I’ll take it.

There are plenty of tables if you choose to eat in and a salad bar. It has all the usual stuff, nothing amazing, but will do if you’re craving salad.

There are usually sports playing on the large TVs and a mix of adults and families eating in. It’s certainly more expensive than cooking a frozen pizza at home, but sometimes getting a pizza to go or delivered...

I am rating the walk in and eat service because the order over the phone deliver SUCKS! i know they try but after 2 tries we just dont order on line with them anymore because they do a terrible job.. the first attempt was home delivery, took over 1 1/2 hrs for delivery suppose to be about 40 mins. the 2nd attempt was order ahead and we pick it up..pizza was not ready and we ended up having to wait another 1 hr for the pizza..

However we have gone there and order their pizza and salad bar and we find the people very nice and accommodating..the pizzas were delish because they told us they just made the batch of dough ..so now we go for "brunch" so we can get the freshly...
