If I had the option to give negative starts I would! Worse rubios I’ve gone by far. Management clearly doesn’t know what they are doing and lunch was horrible. Waiting so long for 1 taco, chicken and I shrimp burrito. The funny thing is that they weren’t as many customers so why take so long, maybe because all I can hear is the cooks laughing and having the best time of they’re life no caring that customers are hungry. When I went to ask for my food the one chuncky girl that looked like the boss I believe her name was Emaly Emily I’m not sure, was so rude and rolled her eyes at me and started speaking Spanish to the cooks and they started laughing. I’m not dumb I know they said something about me but I don’t know Spanish so can’t confirm. I will no longer be coming here, I should of just stayed at the rubios on Magnolia....

I've never had Rubios before. We walked in here after our movie next door and decided to try it out. My boys ordered the Baja style Steak burrito and loved it. I ordered the Lobster tacos and it was a bust. To each his own. I did not care for it. It was bland and lifeless. I went up to order something else and she comped my meal because I told her it was nasty. I did not expect that at all. Wow. Now here comes their signature Fish Tacos. One word. AMAZING. I am happy. I ordered a shrimp burrito and two original fish taco plate. The wait was long. I could see that my food was coming up so I stood closer. I could see them grab handfuls of chips bare handed and put them in the paper bag. I can't believe they weren't wearing gloves, everyone else in the kitchen was. They contaminated the whole tray of chips with who knows what. As soon as I got home I threw all the chips away. It's so messed up, especially nowadays.
