The little rude girl at the counter who was working today on 10/31/2023 approximately at 1:30 pm said to me Iâm telling you right now we donât accept 100-dollar bills or 50-dollar bills and started laughing. First of all thatâs how you greet your customer telling them right now. Secondly, I was not told that they didnât accept large bills. I placed my order over the phone for one and I told the person over the phone I had cash. Not one time he said we do not accept large bills. Thirdly my food was over 100 dollars. You telling me I have to go break my bill down to pay for my food thatâs over 100. So I left and called back the number that I placed the order with. He was trying to contact the store after I explained the situation. He had me on hold so I decided to go back in the store and speak with a manager. I asked this guy who had a different shirt from the rest employees if he was the manager he said to me like yeah whatâs up? First off whatâs up, SMH. I told him that his line worker was being rude and he said well you walked past the sign that was on the door that states that they accept nothing more than a twenty itâs just how it was delivered. He was rude as well and the situation that I had never was solved because he acted as rude as his line staff and he was supposed to be a manager and solve problems not make it worse. They are letting the rude lead the rude at this store. I will never go there as long as they have rude people like that working at this store. It was more customers in the store and the manager and the line staff were very unprofessional and rude.    Read moreWhere do I begin?? Ordered online yesterday and went in to pick up my order. Paid at the counter and the female at the counter brought out most of my order. I told Her that 2 items were missing and She looked at the receipt and saw that 2 items WERE missing, but told me that the screen only had what She gave me so thatâs what She had to go by. Sooo Iâm supposed to leave the store without my 2 items that I paid for because of what the screen indicates? NOT!!! I believe She got the manager and He said it must be a glitch in the computer and suggested that I leave without my items as well because He couldnât give them to be because of what the screen read, even though He can clearly see what the receipt says because He has 4 eyes not 2. As weâre going back & forth about what the powerful screen says as opposed to what the receipt says, I look inside the boxes of the food I DID receive, only to see a bunch of dough. Very little cheese, mostly bread, no sauce. I have NEVER seen anything like it. The Crazy Sauce was cold. the Crazy Puffs were Crazy alright & were barely Puffing. The Italian Cheese Bread wasnât cheesing at all. I asked for replacements and the manager informed me that that was the way the food was turning out for that day. I immediately asked for a full refund and left the store. Oh, when I got there they were turning customers away because they were only taking online orders. Which however, after MY experience, those customers saved some money because this location was serving up total garbage yesterday. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again.    Read morePlaced an order online at 7:18pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:38pm. Walked in at 7:55pm and the store was full 9 other customers who were mad and upset. I went to check the pickup oven and a customer standing there waiting for his order said to me-good luck with that, they don't have anything ready. My order was not ready. There were 2 customers already at the counter asking for a refund. When I approached the counter to ask about mine order they girl was very rude and seemed like she didn't want to help anyone. While I was giving her my order number she stated to me I need to know what your ordered, very rudely. As I stated to her what the order consisted of, she was entering it into the computer. As I watched her do that I noticed the order arriving in back and the cooks first beginning to start my order. I asked for the manager and the girl did not want to go get her and laughed at me. When the manager approached she apologized and said everything is in the oven. I asked her to show me as you can see into the ovens and my order was not in there. Needless to say I was refunded my money - but will not return. Before leaving at a little after 8pm the manager locked the doors and would not let any new customers in the store. She announced she was closing the store until she could get the current orders completed and taken care of. Crestwood is worth the drive and they have a nicer staff. As other customers stated, they should have never closed the Pizza Hut that was in that exact spot. This store needs new employees...
