Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Camas

I generally have a good experience here until I don't. I had an order discrepancy 1 time only when I tried to order by phone. Today was horrifying for me and I felt just absolutely humiliated at the counter. My left eye was cut out last July and I be just list significant amount of vision in my other eye. The man who is always there and has helped me order several times I asked he could remember what the pizza i order every time was because the new kid was given me a total of double the price I always pay. He shouted at me like I was an idiot and was bothering him. After shouting me down so loudly and humiliating me he proceeds to shout down to the assembly line of workers what occured making me feel like an idiot again. No it's not his fault that I lost my vision however he could at least treat me with some modicum of dignity if I ask a question. He does work there and I'm a regular customer I don't think that's asking to much. I have to live in...

We placed our order tonight and our food arrived about 40 minutes later and then only half of our order came. I called and asked about it and they told me it would be another 20 minutes so then I asked them if they could do anything for us for the inconvenience and the store manager Dylan told me no he couldn’t, and I basically repeated his answer saying “no you can’t!??” and he said no that there was nothing that he could do. He then said don’t worry the food will be hot, and I told him I’m not worried about it being hot, I’m mad that our whole order wasn’t delivered and now we have to wait longer. He said sorry and asked if there was anything else he could help with!!

Even if he would have offered a free dessert or free pizza... something!!! But he could care less. Way to go on the customer...

Poor service and the employees hate their job.

I came in around 830pm Saturday 9/8/18 and there were two ladies and a gentleman behind the counter working, I saw they were busy and waited patiently for someone to greet me and while I was waiting a gentleman had walked in behind me and we were both waiting and finally the gentleman came to the counter and in a very rude manner asked if I had already put in an order and had mistakenly gave him the wrong name for the order and I have never seen someone so angry and a simple mistake. by the end of the transaction he could tell that he had mad me angry and then tried to make up by telling me to have a good night.
