Worst Customer service We've had multiple orders incorrect missing items Especially when you order online You call or go back to let them know and they act like you're lying to them and you want free food or something When all I want is the order I paid for the way I ordered it A girl named Jay (she says) Was very Rude would not replace our order said that we call all the time and complain And that we were only looking for free food and That was not the case once again they couldn't get the order correct even when there was not that many customers But they're too busy looking on their phones talking to each other then looking in the bag when they hand it out the window Making sure the order is correct Instead I got rudeness and told that she would not correct anything that I would have to call back when the manager was there and If i didn't like it to stop coming there I should go to one of the other 2 places in our town that's open late-night very rude unprofessional While other workers were in the background Watching and laughing This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been And it sucks cause this is the only thing they have out here in our town that's open late I don't understand why they can't find some Older workers instead of these Young workers that NEVER worked a job in their Life and do not Know how to Talk to people Like human beings Instead they are these young kids still in high school or freshly out of that don't care about anyone but themselves It's sad how unprofessional this location is and I'm not the only person i hear from many people around town that they mess up constantly I Hope that someone high up reads these reviews and does something about this I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone you are Better off driving into town Or as Jay said why don't you go to Jack in the box or Taco Bell instead So immature and unprofessional I give this location a ...

We told the employee about this and at first he didn't seem to know what we were asking. I told him we don't have a specific offer number, but McDonalds was supposedly offering a buy one get one free fish sandwiches during lent per advertising. My wife saw it multiple times, not sure where. Then the employee seemed to understand what we were saying. Verifying the receipt I say that he charged us full price for the chicken nuggets and $1 for the dollar menu for the fish sandwich. Granted it was only $1 for the sandwich, but the food was really disappointing. I had no idea what the employee was saying, and my wife had to listen hard to understand him. So I understand the confusion. My main point is if you don't understand what we are asking, then just tell us. If you are not aware of the offer we were talking about, just let us know. This way we don't have to waste our time for some mediocre food. Anyway there was a happy ending as the next day we went to Popeye's and had an excellent fish sandwich each. We had to pay for both full price, but in this case the food was really worth.
(Original Post) Service was good, but employee talked to fast and was hard to understand. He was very nice though. The fish sandwich was very disappointing, not worth the price. The chicken nuggets were crunchy and tasted OK, but they were not hot, barely warm. All in all doesn't encourage me to...

When I informed her that my four year-old was on the spectrum and we needed a little bit of extra time ordering, she went above and beyond for him, when she started cleaning the dining area she made sure that he would be comfortable if she ran the vacuum, the List goes on and on of positives she did to make my first solo sit down meal with my child go so well I am not afraid to do it again. I can’t say enough great things about how she treated us yesterday. We ended up staying for close to an hour hanging out and chatting during her lunch break. My son who never sits still was a whole different child engaging with not only her but everyone that walked past us waving and saying hi, he was so happy and living his best life! When he pointed to the ice cream she (on her lunch break) got him a cone with minimal ice cream per my request and made sure he felt like a big kid ordering it and handing it to him over the counter. it was actually a very enjoyable experience for me as well as solo trips with a child in the spectrum can be so overwhelming and difficult. I actually had an adult conversation today with my son at the same table! That’s huge and it’s absolutely because of her and the way she made him comfortable in what could have been a chaotic environment.
Thank you for having such caring employees who go above and beyond, are compassionate and understanding of...
