Beauty's Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

Placed an order thru uber eats and they let a driver come in an take the food without marking it picked up before they handed it to him. My order was then assigned to 5 other drivers, the last driver messaged me and said they didn't have an order for me. I called the store and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He hung up in my face after telling me a previous driver stole the food when I called back he was even more rude and him and the rest of the workers were laughing like someone told a joke. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD 1000% NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!! I ordered a steak tip salad from them......at least I thought it was a salad. The steak tips were teriyaki, which isn't a big deal, just unexpected. The salad was.......massively disappointing! All I got was a handful of Romaine lettuce, 3 round slices of tomato and 4 slices of cucumber. "What's wrong with that?" you might say. What else goes on a salad? Usually. It's iceberg lettuce in a salad for starters, but where's the peppers? The onions? Carrots? Olives? Maybe some feta? These guys need to learn the definition of "salad" The tips were chunks of chewy "meat". Not sure what cut of beef they used, but it was simply gross. I'll never order from here again.

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered my food through door dash the driver picked up the food and cancelled the order when you do that the order automatically goes to a new driver the second driver then goes there to pick up my food and then calls me and and says that the food was already picked up I explain to him I did not receive the food and I know how driver services work the owner is in the back yelling saying that he does not care about me he is not making new food and he’s not giving me my money back and just overall rude.
