Horrible experience. Ordered 3 meals, drove home to find Veggie Burritos and Burrito bowls had No fresh Salsa, No Gucamole and No lettuce, only beans, rice and cheese.. The burrito bowl was half empty. Called twice No answer. Drove back to learn they were out of half the ingredients and told us "you got these three we are out of the rest." They turned back to other customers and we had to interrupt and ask them to deal with this. They did not offer to return our money. We went to this nearby location as part of a fundraiser. Did not seem to be a manager on site. VERY poor service - Close down online orders if you run out of major ingredients or go across the street to Whole foods and buy some. Don't send just rice and beans out in a bowl to unsuspecting pick up customers.
Update: They remade the orders (we did not watch) stapled the bag and handed it to us by the top. Once home we found the vertical burrito bowl was sloshed up at one end. They added corn AND Sour Cream to all 3 orders- Which we did not want. We will Not go there again. There was a fund raising event that night that went beyond their expectations.
Update: manager contacted us, offered free sandwiches and stated they would talk to staff about how to handle running out of...

As a long-time fan of Mexican cuisine, I was excited to give Chipotle a try. However, my experiences at multiple locations have left much to be desired. The consistent lack of value and unenthusiastic staff have made my visits quite disappointing.
Portion Size: One of the most frustrating aspects of dining at Chipotle is the meager amount of protein and ingredients they provide. Despite paying a premium price, customers often receive burritos and bowls that are lacking in both quantity and overall satisfaction.
Staff Attitude: The unhappiness of the staff seems to be a recurring theme at Chipotle. On numerous occasions, I've encountered team members who appeared uninterested in providing friendly service, which ultimately affects the overall dining experience.
Food Quality: the ingredients are not generally fresh, the lackluster presentation and the skimping on portions make the food less enjoyable. The taste fails to live up to the expectations set by the restaurant's reputation.
In conclusion, Chipotle's issues with portion sizes, staff morale, and overall customer satisfaction make it difficult to recommend. I truly hope they address these concerns in order to provide a better experience for...
Read moreFirst off when we walked in nobody said hey, or welcome. Thats whatever, but what really ticked us of was that they had music blaring in there and when my boyfriend was trying to order he couldn't hear the guy (he had wavy blonde hair). That guy yelled at him while making hand gestures. HE. YELLED. LIKE. THIS... WITH. PAUSES. BETWEEN. EACH. WORD! All while moving his hands up and down in his face like he was talking to a dumb person. It was definitely in a very condescending manner. There was no doubt about it. My boyfriend just couldn't hear him over the loud music. That type of disrespect shouldn't happen to anybody. Period. My boyfriend is a veteran and he didn't bother even asking for the discount this time because we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Trust fund haircut needs to learn some manners.
On top of that the food was awful. Cold, not fresh, soggy with pink discoloration lettuce and a very tiny portion. Such a disappointment because I used to love Chipotle and now it's seems like everytime we go the food is skimped and not fresh at all. This rude interaction was the cherry...
