The entire team needs training and good manager. People can’t wait for their order more than 20 minutes (!!!) even in coffee shop. One of the worker dropped sandwich from the bag, put it in garbage and just forgot to ask someone to make new one. 10 minutes later, when I asked about my order, she just responded like, “Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot.” If you are the most popular coffee in the world, and you are charging that much money, please, train your workers and check reviews of people. My negative one is not the only one, so it’s not happening occasionally. I understand that during rush hours it’s hard to work, but 5 people should be able to do their job. Ordered ahead & had to wait because the barista wanted to chit chat while making drinks but clearly she couldn't multitask because it took her 15 min to make my drink while she was talking, mind you the store was EMPTY but the icing on the cake was she wasn't even calling out any of the names on the drink or sitting them where online orders go. An exceptionally bad Starbucks. I have never encountered one so consistently terrible as this one.
They forget my order consistently. Have waited 15 minutes for a grande black iced coffee, staff just standing around talking.
Poorly mixed drinks. Hot drinks are tepid. Lattes are always half full.
Staff always seems past their breaking point. Have visited at all hours of the day and it’s always a wreck. Almost never open their full posted hours.
