I've never had a worse experience with wait staff as I did with this place.

Our group arrived and grabbed a table. We sat for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to take a drink order.

Finally we moved to a new table hoping maybe to get noticed. Another 20 minutes goes by before someone comes by and we put our drink order in.

Waitress drops off our drinks some time later and then disappears again. I had almost finished my drink by the time she came back for orders and I asked for a refill when we ordered our food. Ordering went ok except that they didn't have what my wife wanted and didn't have the drink my father in law ordered.

Another 20-30 minutes go by and the food comes out in two trips. My order is nowhere to be found. I was the 2nd one to order and she never put my order in. No problem I assumed, I just had a hamburger. They should be able to put that together fairly fast. I also ask for the 4th time for a refill which I finally get. Another 20 minutes goes by and everyone is done eating and she finally comes back with my order.

I tell her that everyone is done eating and I'll need a box. She said that my wife was still eating like it was supposed to be funny. She was done but was still picking at it. Regardless, it didn't help.

She also dropped the check off when she brought my food. Normally I'd expect my meal to be discounted or free but none of that was to be had here.

After dropping the check off she went to a table behind us to take their order and elbows me in the back of the head hard enough that it was still sore hours later. At that point I needed to leave because the situation was about to escalate.

tl:dr - This place has the worst staff I've ever encountered and the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. I would not recommend this...

Pretty disappointed, as both my GF and I had been here before and had a good time. Order a burger rare (usually is perfect since restaurants tend to overcook burgers) and a side of mayo. Maybe 5 minutes later the food comes out and my burger is lathered with mayo, can't quite tell that it's seriously undercooked. Realize that it didn't come with ketchup so I wait for the server to come back (mind you there are roughly 5 tables on a patio and he had to walk by us each time). A solid 8+ minutes late he comes back, I wave him down and ask for ketchup. He comes out twice over the next 10 minutes to bring ppl their food and drinks, no ketchup. I take a few bites around the outside because I'm hungry and don't want to wait forever. Definitely not too cooked, but I think maybe the type of beef and the mayo is throwing me off. He finally comes with the catch-up, maybe close to 20 minutes after the food was delivered, I put it on the burger and take some deeper bites. The rawest burger I've ever bit into. Clearly the burger was barely even seared. At this point we had been there for over an hour and I just wanted to leave, asked for the check and he asked about the burger (I ate maybe a quarter of it. Told him that it was raw and cold on the inside. He offered a new one for me to take home, I declined since we were biking. Expected the burger or at least a drink taken off the bill, but no, nothing. Seemed like he might have been dual serving and bartending which is why the service was so bad. I used to be a server so I'm usually really sympathetic, but If a restaurant can't staff enough people to provide decent service, don't open. Definitely won't be back for...

We had this place recommended to us, and we have to agree, the menu and beer list looked amazing. We came by for late eats after seeing a show around the corner. We waited 20 minutes for anyone to come to the table after being seated. Finally a waitress appeared, but seemed flustered. My husband and I have both been in the biz, so we assumed she'd been slammed and lost her cool. We are on vacation and not in a hurry, so we were cool when she tried to deliver another tables drinks to us. We were chill when she walked by us three more times and promised she'd be right back. We were OK when she finally did come over to take our order. We gave her the whole order at once to save her the extra trips. She wrote it on her arm.... That's when we decided that maybe it might just be our server. 10 minutes later the beers came. Our server said, "you didn't want to order anything else, did you?" My husband said, "Just the things we've already ordered. " She went away again, to check on it. 10 minutes later, she came back to take our order again, and my husband ordered a 2nd beer. 15 minutes later, she came back, without the beer, and said she was sorry, she felt like it was a little bit her fault, but the kitchen was closed now, and the chef wouldn't let her order our food.
