I visited this shop Jan 26, 2026 around noon. I really hate people that take advantage of others just to make a dime. My daughter is a fan of Havard and I had the opportunity to be in Boston on buisness. What better gift than some Havard swag for my daughter. I specifically explained this to the girl attending the store as I did not see any women clothing. Asking her if they had at other shop women's clothing she informed that all shop had the same stuff. I loaded up and spent over 200. As I am leaving the area I pass a store that showcase women's Havard swag maybe 3 blocks away. If I did not need to catch a plain I would have stopped and purchased my daughter's swag and return everything I had purchased previously regardless of having to possibly pay more.

This selfish attitude is unacceptable and is cause for many issues in society. As a Havard student this girl stated to be I hope she can change her ways and provide best direction for visitors possibly future alumni parent.

Currently my daughter has an invite for this summer at Havard. I will keep this merchandise as is and return it when we go back. As these men's items did not fit...

If you're anywhere near Harvard Square, The Harvard Shop is a can't-miss destination! The selection of Harvard gear is top-tier—whether you're looking for shirts, hoodies, hats, or unique gifts, they've got it all. The quality is outstanding, and everything truly captures the pride and tradition of Harvard University.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with sizing and recommendations. Just a quick heads-up: they don’t break $100 bills, so bring smaller cash or use a card to make your purchase smooth.

As someone who appreciates history and excellence, stepping into The Harvard Shop feels like you’re bringing home a piece of the Ivy League legacy. Whether you’re a tourist, a student, or a future Crimson, this place is 100% worth the stop!

Worst experience …

Last year, I purchased a water flask from the official Harvard Shop. After returning home to Egypt, I started using it regularly during my training sessions. Recently, I left it in my car at a temperature of around 38°C, and to my surprise, I found that the flask had shrunk and deformed. I honestly did not expect this from a product bought directly from a trusted and reputable store like Harvard Shop. A water flask should be designed to withstand normal weather conditions, especially since many users carry them outdoors, during sports, or while traveling. This raises serious concerns—not only about the quality of the product but also about the potential health risks of drinking from a flask that deforms under...
