Serious hygiene issue and unacceptable behavior – this location should be investigated.
I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and went to the store to pick it up. Before they prepared it, I clearly told the cashier that my order was customized — extra meat, extra cheese, no ketchup — and asked them to be careful.
Despite this, they made my burger wrong three times. Yes, three times. Each time I returned it, and by the final attempt, the burger they gave me was ice cold. To make things even worse, one of the employees grabbed the onions with his bare hands, threw them into the box, and told me to put them on the burger myself.
This is not just bad service — it’s a serious hygiene violation and a complete lack of basic food safety standards. Seeing an employee touch food with bare hands and then ask the customer to fix it themselves is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
Throughout the entire experience, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They showed zero respect for the customer. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue properly, they acted like they didn’t care at all, laughed among themselves, and spoke in a sarcastic, disrespectful tone. One of them even told me, “Go to the police if you want to complain.”
No customer should ever be treated this way. This kind of attitude shows a total lack of training, respect, and responsibility.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any restaurant. This is my last McDonald’s order ever. I’m deleting the app and will never order from McDonald’s again.
If management cares at all about customer satisfaction and hygiene, they need to take immediate action. Avoid this location...

Can I have no ice The lady gave me my food with my drink. The other lady behind her already had my drink with no ice, but I guess the manager did not want me to get noise so she disrespected me.
