On Tuesday, December 10th 2024 my Worker & I walked in & I walked up to the counter. I saw a female worker looking in my direction & told her I'm still deciding go ahead & keep doing what ur'e doing. She didn't. She huffed over to me. No friendly greeting. No smile. Handed me the number & angrily said as she walked off I'll bring it to ur table. When she did, she dropped the tray of food on the table. Didn't take the number my Worker took it up there. I started eating my small fries & they tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed. I walked over to the counter with the small fries. The lady came over & angrily asked what did I want. I told her these fries taste rt & she got in my face & in an extremely angry voice said I gave u these fries 10 minutes ago & they were fresh. I'm not giving u another one. I confirmed with her that as a customer who is asking for fresh fries, ur'e denying her, is that rt? She put her head up in a snobbish way, not looking @ me & said that's rt. I went & sat down. Calming myself down from the treatment that I had received. This time, 2 wonderful young ladies both came around the corner, asked me what I want I told them the treatment I received & from whom & one of them said I'll get u fresh fries. As I was talking with the ladies the other female Worker took the fries from the vat & dumped them. Just as one of the ladies turned, she came over & dropped the small bag of fries in my hand. No, she didn't take the other fries. If those fries were from the fresh batch, I would have been burned. The fries she gave me weren't that hot. The time that the lady Worker took my order was 1:41pm. I've been to this McDonald's on several occasions & I've never been treated so badly. The two ladies that helped me did the right thing apologized for the horrible treatment & their hospitality was perfect. Also, I ordered the $5 McDouble meal & I got a regular burger. After 22 minutes my wife ended up doing what the other four car customers ahead of us did and that was to go inside and question the holdup. At that moment an employee came out to the car claiming that our order had just came off the grill. I told him that my spouse was inside and that she was seeking a refund. Later my wife returned to the car with our order having been assured that it was freshly off the grill. That was at 12:46 p.m.. The slip on my fish sandwich box indicated it was boxed at 12:1828 minutes earlier. To further stage the issue, the customer immediately before us went inside and when she returned to her car she stopped and tapped on our window saying that her order was just sitting on the counter and suggested that we too go inside because other orders were sitting on the counter. We drove off at 12:47 when an employee swore to my spouse that he had just taken our order off and packaged it himself denying that it was sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. So, being a kind individual my wife returned to the car with the order. The food was cold, the fish was not fresh but over cooked on the edges and the slip said that it was well done. The fries were barely warm and the chicken nuggets were flat cold. My wife’s chicken Big Mac was cool. There was nothing about todays visit that went right, actually the worse service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in over 65 years! Read moreBefore this month I never had much of a problem at this location. The last few weeks have been terrible, and are a prime example of poor management and communication.
Just a few days ago we attempted to use their mobile order because we were in a hurry. The app kept getting an error when trying to check out in the parking lot, so instead I go inside to checkout which works immediately. It took them 25 minutes to make my order of one meal and a cinnamelt. Why? Because I watched the staff serve off the order before they actually had the food prepared. They had essentially thrown away the order and forgotten about it.
One time wouldn't warrent a bad review from me normally, but just today it happened once again. Had to order inside cuz the app wouldn't work, the staff had no idea how to help and instead tried stupid little things to get it to work. You'd think these younger kids knew how a phone app worked. So, we just reordered the food at the register so we could get on with things. Took around 10 minutes because the line didn't make my sandwich the first time around. Luckily the manager on duty noticed and had them start on it again instead of serving the order off like before.
