5/12/2025 i’m a single mom with two kids and I had a coupon for a family of four bundle pack for $17. I went through the drive-through I had to explain over and over again with the coupon was for and then after that they gave me my food the fries steamed pot as soon as I got home to spread the food around to the kids and myself I noticed that everything was very old. They gave me terrible jumbo jacks with cheese. The patties were very old. The chicken sandwiches in the bundle pack were old. The chicken patties looked horrible. The tacos were broken on the shell and I ended up leaving the food on the table and taking my kids to Pizza. I can’t believe how horrible the quality of food was. Read moreI've given this Jack three visits before I gave this review. Took 15 minutes in the drive through with two cars. The cashier messed up my order like usual and gave me the wrong receipt. What has me fuming is I parked and went into the store as I needed the receipt to show my boss. She ignored me for 15 minutes and a customer in front of me told her that I need a receipt. She told me I had to wait and ignored me another 15 minutes until I was asking for the manager. She was totally rude and unapologetic and completely unprofessional. The other two staff members just looked at me and said nothing either. It took 45 minutes for a five minute meal..My food was cold and grease was on my seat through the bag when I got back in the car. I will drive the extra three miles to the one on Hamilton..You can't drag me back to that location..Your customer...

First of all my husband & I just came back from out of town..we decided to eat at your establishment...long line of cars we finally got our meal at the drive thru since we couldn't order inside..we were half way home realized we didn't have our fries..we had to go back in a line of cars again.. mind you our food we ordered earlier is getting cold finally after 10 minutes my husband got to front of line told them we didn't get our fries they gave us a upgrade of fries so disappointed! that's our compensation!
