Starbucks — Restaurant in Campbell

For those of you skimming reviews, I'll just say that I've been very happy with the service at this location. I recommend giving them a try.

As we know, they quality of the Starbucks beverages and food is consistent no matter which Starbucks we go to (my experience has only been US locations).

But, what can vary is the service. Recently, I had a negative experience at another Starbucks in the area. Afterwards, I remembered just how friendly the team is at this particular location. These guys actually go to the trouble of remembering your name...and greeting you with it the next time you stop by. Just has a great feel about it.

I've re-started going to this Starbucks location. And, I encourage you to stop by and check it out for yourself.

The Staff is always friendly and welcomes you with a smile. I work down the street and come here almost every day and sometimes twice a day. I've never had an issue with any of my orders and they always make everything great. I often order food with my drinks and due to my new symptom of Pregnancy Brain where I forget almost everything, I forgot my sandwich one day. I realized 30 mins after I had already left and asked if they could hold it there for me. The barista on the phone told me of course no problem. When I went back on my lunch to pick it up, they had thrown it away because they wanted me to have a fresh one. I told them that it was alright I would pay for the new one but they insisted on giving it to me without charge....

Not as good as it used to be. The store is very busy, as it has a lot of traffic going by, but the staff used to be friendly and approachable. It began to slide with a manager that was clearly achievement driven, and would harass his employees even if they made the most trite of pleasantries with the customers. That manager is long gone (probably promoted) and the store has since devolved further, to the point that it's no longer a pleasant experience, just a place to grab a quick cup of coffee. Oh, and I don't understand why anyone would drink the Pike...
