I wanna give it 0 stars. I used to like this place but I had the worse experience with a rude staff here. I ordered my drink and had 10 points to pay for a free drink on my app and the girl on the team refused. I mean I spent $100+ here to get the free drink and got nothing. She said they changed their system but I was never informed and I'm signed up for their emails. She could have easily used the points I collected on my app and transfer them to the new system in store. I always put my phone number on every drink I got and it was pointless. It's not about the free drink it's about the principle! If you've promised your customer that they get the 11th drink free then you better deliver! The staff there was rude to me and not accommodating at all. She could have easily helped me especially cus I came all this way. I was horrified at her terrible customer service! I will not be coming here again and telling my friends to do the same. Thank God for the new kung fu tea that's opened...

I'm a regular customer at this place and I must say that the convenience and speed of their online ordering and pickup service have won me over. It's incredibly convenient to order online and swing by to pick up my drink. The process is fast, allowing me to satisfy my bubble tea cravings without any hassle. The taste of the drinks, I have to give them a thumbs up. They never disappoint. The quality of their drinks is consistently impressive. Another noteworthy aspect of this place is their friendly staff. They create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, making every visit a joy. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist customers make the experience even more enjoyable.

The drinks are good but it turns out they're currently CLOSED until the end of the July because they're changing their name and moving. There is ZERO reflection of this on Google or their posted hours-your only warning is when you pull up expecting an open, functional business, because you're following the information THEY have made available and find a closed store with a pair of handwritten cardboard signs in the window, as my friends and I did today.
