Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Canton Township

I ordered a pizza online yesterday and the service was fast. However, when I picked up the pizza there was a problem. I came in around 2:25-2:30 on May 9th to pick up my pizza and there was only one worker. I stood at the counter at first to see if he had noticed me come in and apparently he did not. So then I said “Excuse me” and “Hello, sir?” to make him aware that I was standing there and waiting to be helped. He acted as if I wasn’t there nor important as any other customer. So then I thought maybe he can’t hear me, so I stood on the side of the counter where I was entirely visible to him since he was standing right across from me working and he continued to ignore me. He didn’t even attempt to turn his head and see that I was standing there even though I know he was aware I was in the building. So after having to go through that for about 5-7 mins, I had to call in my mother because I wanted her to see this guy completely ignoring my presence. As soon as she walked in, he immediately came up to the counter and acted as if that whole thing had never happened. That whole situation was completely ridiculous. Do not order from here! I tried to order and they said my card was not being accepted, in actuality it was being charged every time (4 charges total) called back and said it was going to be back in my account within a couple of minutes, nothing. I went in the following day just to be told by a man that won't identify himself claimed to be a manager wearing a onesie(what a toddler or baby would wear, literally) think this whole thing is funny, would not be of any assistance. I got ahold of corporate and will be filling civil suit for the $105 they charged me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THERE ARE OTHER PLACES...

I usually have great service here, but I have to let everyone know to not order the works, or any other specialty pizza with a lot of toppings, UNLESS you ask for it WELL DONE. I am not sure what the issue with pizza places(Pizza Hut Ford Rd. same issue) cooking supreme pizzas here in Canton, but they are always undercooked and the dough is raw. Even my reordered pizza was undercooked. Not sure why you have to ask for it WELL DONE as there is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between being cooked in the first place and well done. If you can't cook a pizza normally without someone asking for it well done, don't have it...
