QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Canton Township

Edit- with updating my review from last year, this Canton location still remains far better then the Westland location.They are keeping things up. In fact, we drive a little farther to come here because everything is always fresh and they give nice size portions (and they don't burn the chicken). Also, the team here is always kind when we come here and they provide good service overall.

The recent review with the picture of the delicious full bowl below is the reason why i went yesterday! I ordered online and picked up a little passed 5pm. Online I noted within the name of each bowl, "big portions, xtra shrimp/stead" for my husbands surf & turf. And i noted "big portions please" for make my own chicken bowl.i selected everything I wanted, including selecting extra on a few toppings. And let me tell you, they listened!! And did not disappoint! I didn't get the employees names but there was a women working the check out and a tall white gentlemen making the food (who I will say was very nice and gave me a side of pickled onions with no problem as I couldn't add it to the surf and turf). Amazing over all.

Our bowls were the first EVER that we were full afterwards and not Hungry. From what I experience yesterday, this location is the best (the Westland one has gone down hill). The bowls we had, the veggies or the chicken wasn't burnt, everything was fresh and there was big portions of everything!! This is the first location that actually gave big portions. I really felt like with what I paid, it was worth it!

My advice, keep this up and you will continue to get more positive...

Update : I live in Farmington hills about 25 mins from here . I didn’t open my bag until I got home and I wrote this review while walking out . The irony of this situation is crazy , I went here because the Farmington location messed up really bad and also didn’t give me food I asked and paid for . Well I came in and specifically asked for 2 cookies , I also had a loyalty reward for a free cookie . So my loyalty reward was redeemed but I didn’t realize til I got home that I in fact did not get 2 cookies, I got none . 0. But was charged for it and lost my reward . So yea same issue different location , but in their defense I was talking to the lady . Could’ve distracted her but I specifically asked her if I could get 2 cookies and she replied “you sure can” so yea . Honestly I like QDOBA for the cookies and the fact they always get left out of my bags is beyond annoying. Not gonna change my review but also upset tbh .

Came in here after a bad experience at another QDOBA in Farmington and Jessica and Jermaine really redeemed QDOBA for me . Jermaine did his thing on my burrito , absolutely perfect . And Jessica is the right person to have on the register , she’s personable , quick , and funny . Will only be coming to this location from now on bc i can trust my food will be made correctly...

We usually go to Chipotle and will be from now on. Both front counter ladies were extremely rude. Neither was wearing a name tag. We were not greeted or anything before they began telling us what they didn’t have and “what you see is what you get”. We came in 20 minutes before closing and they had almost everything shut down. They rudely stated that they were closing in “a couple minutes” and were obviously rushing us out. We understand it’s Christmas Eve and they want to get home to their families. My boyfriend and I worked in the fast food industry for years so we know how it is. We sat in the parking lot to eat our food and witnessed them both checking their phones repeatedly and then proceeded to lock the doors 10 minutes early. Another customer attempted to go inside a moment later and went back to his car visibly upset. After we ate our food and began to pull away, one of the counter ladies started screaming at us and shaking her fist in the air and pointing straight at us. All we did was sit in our vehicle eating our food after she kicked us out of the restaurant 10 minutes before closing time. These ladies need to be trained on proper customer service! Food wasn’t great either....
