Every time I come to this place I'm treated like I'm a problem for coming there. The older lady at the window is super rude. She tosses your food at you dont say anything to you then closes the window so fast that you can't ask her for something like extra napkins. If you sit there a wait for her to open the window she will stare at you for awhile then open the window. Today I decided to go in hoping for better survive. I was wrong. When it was my time to order the teller walked up and just stood there I said hi and he didn't say anything. He had a head set on so I thought he was doing drive through, but he just stood there looking at me. I just took it he was waiting on me so I started saying my order. He only said the price to me and that was it. He then went a got my frosty and slammed it on the counter. He then goes to the next costumer. He does the same thing with him, except he was interrupted buy another costumer. He was very nice a spoke to the her while getting her what she needed. Then came back to the prior costumer and continued to not speak to him and the slam his cup on the counter and walk away. After I got my bag I was still waiting on cups. The employee see I was standing there and chooses to ignore me. Someone from the back had to tell him to wait on me. Again no words came out of his mouth. I asked him for my cup and he slams them on the counter. I go to fill them and the machine was out of my favorite kinds of soda. Now back to the counter I go. The man in the back had to tell the worker to help me I said "you are out of coke in the lobby could you please fill my cups up" as he employee is filling my cup up the man in the back was telling me that I could choose a different kind. When the guy got back with my drinks he still sets the cups down heavy handed again. I was very polite and even said thank you and never did he say anything not even a smile. I feel he didn't like me I was white. The only person he was nice to or talked to was the black people...
Read moreI'm suffering reviewers guilt it's one of my favorite fast food places to eat I never have a problem here for some reason this Sunday after church we went inside let's start first by saying if my wife says she wants a different pop because you are out of pop and your other pop machine is out if the customer tells you that she said root beer and Dr pepper will be sufficient besides Coca-Cola if you have it and you tell her that you don't have Dr pepper cuz it's the last thing you heard is that her problem are yours don't argue with the customer and get them irate it's your problem in the first place for inconvenience them and not having pop with the meal when we asked to speak to the manager the manager said what's the problem back there would not come to the front even though we can see her she did not look out way. They even offered to take our number down and put it inside of their book the thing is we ordered a meal that comes with a pop what are we going to do if we don't get the pop why couldn't you deduct the amount they said that's not an option the manager was too lazy to go inside of the register and figure out how.as we were leaving saying thank you anyway and still being nice regardless of the cashier arguing with my wife we hear an unprofessional snide comment from the manager finally coming to attention 10 minutes later saying where did they go where did they go oh well then forget them. No no no no no your job is to be in the service industry you are a manager if you are doing something delegate and come and do your job and provide service. Second of all keep your immature comments to yourself you never want the customer to fill insufficient they will not come back to your store again. Read moreWow! Last time giving them my $. The guy working the drive thru 10/13/24 at 330 is horrible. We pull up and he just says "Wendy's" so after a few seconds I assume that he just waiting for me to start, I do. I'm ordering food for my kids and had questions about menu items and he acted like it was a chore to check the screen for what comes on a sandwich, was rude, short and unhelpful here. I tried to order a cherry coke. He says rudely "no coke, no cherry" no coke. I would assume their most popular drink. I see another reviewer 4 days ago said they were out then too. Not a good sign when you can't afford enough coke for your customers. They were also out of sprite. The worker was never apologetic about their failure and was even impatient with us deciding what to drink. After every meal he would ask "is that all?" He was certainly not trying to get anything else for me. He then told me to pull up to the window. He took my card and starts shoving drinks out the window at me. Never saying a word or cracking a smile. Never offered a carrier for 3 drinks. Probably out of those too. A few moments later the window opens and he's got 2 bags clutched in one of his hands together right in my face. I take the bags, the window closes and he's gone before I could even look back! He said nothing still. Did I have all my food? Was I still waiting? Should I enjoy my meal? Should I have a good afternoon or come back soon? Aside from the pitiful customer service our burgers were wrong, the fries and nuggets were under cooked, the chili was watery and we couldn't get our first 3 choices of drinks....
