We were looking for a Sterns And Foster, Twin XL mattress set. Mike walked us through our options and explained in detail the quality craftsmanship and high-quality materials used in the Sterns and Foster mattresses. He explained the support and comfort of the Lux Estate series mattress which we were interested in. Mike was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained our purchase options, the delivery process and total cost before we left the store. It was great experience, we bought quality mattresses at a great price. Unbelievable service! While moving, our mattress was delivered with water damage and unusable. This all happened on a Friday afternoon. At 2pm that day I called the location in Canton and spoke with the sales person, Michael. I explained my immediate need for a mattress and he stated that he may be able to have one delivered that evening. I immediately drove to the showroom and picked out a mattress. Michael worked with me to select the perfect mattress and then contacted a local delivery person, Ron, to arrange delivery that evening. Ron delivered at 7:30 as promised; he could not have been a nicer man. After delivering the new mattress and removing the old one, Ron said a brief prayer to bless our new home. As always, we were so impressed by our experience at experience at Woodstock Furniture Outlet today. We started at the Canton location looking for a mattress for our guest room. We’ve worked with Victoria before to buy our master bed so when described what we needed she advised us to go to the Woodstock location to see Damion and look at closeout mattresses. I really appreciate her actually advising us for what was best for US rather than focusing on making commission and setting us up with something we didn’t need! She is fantastic and always provides a great experience! We went to Woodstock, worked with Damion and found the perfect mattress in our budget! So happy and impressed!
