Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I am absolutely mortified and disappointed in the staff at Your Pie. One of the reasons why we visit Your Pie pizza is for the dairy free option for my daughter and how they make her pizza separate from the others. She is anaphylactic(life threatening reaction) to dairy, eggs, and nuts. My husband is also allergic to nuts. We kindly asked for the dairy free option due to a SEVERE allergy. My husband and I were shocked to see that they did not take her pizza to the back to be made so there was no cross contamination. Keep in mind this is her LIFE we are talking about. When my husband very sweetly said is that dairy free pizza in the same oven as the rest. Haley (red hair black glasses) rudely turned around yelled and said "NO WHAT EVER DAIRY IS ON IT WILL COOK OFF ANYWAYS" as she is holding non cooked dough with pesto covering her hand (has nuts in it) over other pizzas that are on the line. I said that is NOT how it works. she rudely pulled the pizza out and said "I WASNT TOLD IT WAS SEVERE" threw the pizza away yelled at her co workers to make a new one. She never apologized. We were an inconvenience to her and the staff. They made a new pizza brought it to us with a pizza card and said "If you decide to come back" I will be telling all of my allergy families that this location is not safe to eat at. This could end someones life. They are being negligent and awaiting a law suit.

UPDATE- The owners personally called us to discuss the issue. They profusely apologized and assured that they would take care of the carelessness of the allergy situation. They will be making sure that every one of their employees understand the importance and seriousness of food allergies and educate all employees. They promised that they would make major changes to ensure that ALL of their customers are safe while at...

I’m a delivery driver for one of the top 3. Came into Yourpie and was greeted right away by one of the people behind the glass. First thing I noticed was how clean this place was…and the smell; my goodness. Even my grandmother couldn’t reproduce that smell when we would go to her house for a Thanksgiving meal in her earlier years. Not so much in her later years, but you get the point.

A super nice lady named Aly helped me get my customers order and even offered to help bring it to the car; talk about customer service!

On the way to the customers house, I had to try a pepperoni as I always do a fry or crouton from the salad. It’s only fair and I took it from one of the pizzas on the bottom so they wouldn’t know.

WOW!! The flavor was indescribable. So I took another pepperoni (from another pie) and called Yourpie back and placed an order for myself over the phone.

When I got back to the store, Aly remembered my name and greeted me like an old friend from high school.

Can’t say enough about this place. It’s my new go-to...

My family and I had a very nice lunch at this location on Dec. 18 2020. I chose the spot and it got rave reviews from the kids. The pizza was just to their liking and they love the ice cream.

I found the food to be quality and the portions were a good size. The pizza had nice quality ingredients and the cheese, crust and sauce were all very good. Just the way I like it.

The salad was quality. The food is not cheap garbage.

I also liked the seating. The booth we sat in had plenty of room, the table was not wobbly and we found everything to be comfortable perfect for family dining.

Pricing was what you'd expect for a quality pizza spot.

Of course, I need to mention the poorly installed tile in the bathroom but this spot is no different than any other commercial tile job in this area.

My wife and I liked the "chandelier" made out of plumbing pipe. We thought that was pretty cool.

Great place to bring your family...clean, pleasant, smiling (I assume) staff...tasty quality food...all around worth it....
