Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Canton

I ordered curbside pickup at this location. When I got there, I “checked in” on the app but saw no available parking spots directly in front of the store and no designated area for curbside pickup. I parked in the closest available spot, which happened to be one store down from JJ’s. When my order was ready, the worker walked out of JJ’s, stood in their outside seating area, and looked for my car. When she saw it, she raised my bag of food up in the air as if to say, “Come get it,” and didn’t budge. So I got out of my car and started walking toward her (which again, wasn’t far- just one store down), but she didn’t move a single inch. Mind you, the main reason I ordered curbside is because I currently have a broken left foot and I’m in a walking boot. So I hobbled along and when I got to her and got my bag, I asked “Is there a specific curbside parking spot I missed?” She responded, “No, but people normally park in front of our store and not [name of the store next to JJ’s].” I motioned to JJ’s parking lot and said, “There are zero spots available. I picked the closest one.” I found the entire interaction to be rather annoying and unacceptable for a place that offers curbside pick up. Don’t offer it if you don’t have a designated spot or if employees aren’t willing to walk a few yards. I was in a hurry so I figured I would go to Jimmy John’s and grab a quick sub, I waited in line 15 minutes and then waited on my sub for another seven minutes, I was able to watch the guy make my sub and I noticed that the guy before me had a tuna sub, the worker dipped his hand into the tuna And made the guys sandwich in front of me, then promptly picked up my sandwich with his tuna hands and picked up the meat to go on my sandwich with his tuna hands and then grab the lettuce from the lettuce container with his tone her hands exclamat and made the guys sandwich in front of me, then promptly picked up my sandwich with his tuna hands and picked up the meat to go on my sandwich with his tuna hands and then grabbed the lettuce from the lettuce container with his tuna hands! You could physically see tuner on his hands and tuna grease on the bun Of my sandwich, I didn’t order a Italian sandwich with tuna on it, the lettuce was also horrible it was like slime. Needless to say I will never go back to any Jimmy...

Ordered online - came to the store about 15 min. Later , both front and door locked. Thought it was a mistake since I ordered 15 minutes ago…. Called in. Young girl, answered saying she was going to call me about that…. I told her she should probably do that sooner since we had waited 15 minutes to come get it. Her response was “I’m just tired”.LOL. I said you’re tired so you closed your doors 3 hours early? She said she was just trying to close. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me and eventually hung up . She then called 5 minutes later to “cancel the order”…. I said oh I just spoke to you… silence… I asked for her name again and she finally gave it to me. So if “Darron” is making your order, count on her being tired and not getting your meal! Lol

UPDATE: New management - Chelsea , the store manager contacted me directly. She was extremely apologetic and extremely helpful and professional! She has gone above and beyond to help resolve any...
