McDonald's — Restaurant in Canton

The manager Lorraine is extremely rude. I had an issue with door dash. The first order was missing hashbrowns. So I ordered the hashbrowns again and they proceeded to tell the dasher they already gave it. Well…then I get on Doordash and they cancelled my order. A dasher cannot cancel an order. Only the buyer or the company can. So I think they realized their mistake and instead of making it right, they cancelled it. I spoke to Lorraine (the general manager twice) and she was so RUDE. The first time I called, I was nice and explaining what happened but she kept talking over me and saying the order went out. Well then they cancelled the order. The only way they would do that is if they realized they were in the wrong. Kindness goes a long way. I was in the restaurant industry for years. I would have never spoken to someone like the way she did me. I will never get food here again. Most of the bad reviews are from customer service. What a shame. And I know if her sales drop, it will reflect on her pay. Definitely...

Came here after work and excited to get some McDonald’s but now I know not come here. I hope the store can see this review so they can talk to her. So I, placed a mobile order and went to the window to receive my food. The person in drive thru was probably training or needed help with their line.(I understand it gets frustrating working at a fast food )then this older lady came to take his spot since he didn’t know what to do(prob training) I think the lady is a manager I’m not sure but she’s an older Hispanic lady. She was so rude and mean to me when I only came to pick up my order. Had a little breakdown after from my day already being bad. Like I said I understand the stress levels at times but I don’t want to be treated so poorly and bad when I haven’t said or did anything. I know it’s McDonald’s customer service isn’t really expected… but I work at a fast food industry as well and I will never talk to a customer or any person they way...

Went to the Exit 19 McDonald's for an ice cream cone but was told thru the outside speaker that they were out. I asked if they had milkshakes and once again was told no. Then I asked for fries and asked what senior drinks they have. She said any drink. I asked about the senior discount. She hemmed and hawed around and finally asked someone and said they are the "small drinks". I asked what flavors and she refused to answer and said they have almost all drinks. I met her at the window and she still would not answer me. I suggested she inform anyone who asks of the different flavors. She, as it turns out is a manager. I used to work for McDonald's in my 50's and was the front line manager. I memorized the menu so as to be quick with the choice for the customer. Sorry but as a doordasher, I need to know what is offered to better help my customer. It is a good thing I was ordering for myself.This place needs a...
