I placed a to-go order for mobile on the app today. This was probably my tenth time ordering this way without any issues. However, when I arrived, I told one of the employees, Kristin, that I was there to pick up an order for Ashley. She looked around and after less than 30 seconds of looking said “we don’t have an order for Ashley.” I knew this was wrong as I already paid for the order at this store. She instructs me to get my phone and was annoyed when I had to go back out to the car to get my phone. Once I got back, she rudely told me to go to the register and show her the order. She was acting like I was trying to steal something…. I’m just trying to get breakfast before school. Someone else starts helping me and magically, my order is halfway finished already. This tells me that Kristin was more concerned about other things than actually finding my order, which made zero sense. But I have my food now. I really hate how most restaurants in Florida always have one rude employee and how I always somehow have to deal with them. I definitely will be sticking to the Starbucks on College Pkwy. Drive a few extra minutes and save yourself...
Read moreVisited around 4:15 on Wed the 2nd of July. Meeting a colleague there. Ordered a hot green tea. I am not a regular guest of Starbucks just to share. As I ordered, the lady at counter was finishing up with another guest but turns out, I think it may have been her girlfriend cause the employee asked to taste the customers drink at the counter. Then later this employee after ignoring my order got off and sat with this person. Tool 20 minutes to get my tea, meanwhile, place not busy. Restaurant was dirty, unorganized counters, and it appeared the guy managing drive thru was talking on blue tooth phone while he was also managing the drive thru orders. I think this because while noone was at drivethru, he keep talking to someone. However to his credit, he was the most productive person there. No one takes pride in their jobs here I can tell you. Perhaps like many restaurants, they too struggle with finding quality help. After this visit, it is not a stretch to see that this mega chain may begin to struggle as the quality controls are not in place. The tea itself was fine. No lemon available which I found odd. Nothing special...
Read moreThis particular Starbucks is one of the worst here in Fort Myers. They have a constant change over of employees. They’re extremely unprofessional and rude. They have messed up my order numerous times and can’t even have a basic cold coffee drink ready when ordering with the mobile app even with 10 minutes extra time when it states that it’s ready. The manager isn’t around and the employee in the drive through was acting erratically, belligerent, and looked as if he were on drugs. I asked him to call the manager and he told me he would not do anything and slammed the drive through window. He literally had other customers waiting and refused to get my drink that was obviously already made. It wasn’t until I honked my horn another employee came to the window and brought me my drink right away. I contacted corporate regarding this matter… Do yourself a favor and find another location you will get...
