Attitude reflects leadership. Let this stay in your mind as you read this. Attitude reflects leadership. They need to figure something out with their drive thru. They take up the road on three streets. You can't turn in, you can't drive around, you can't move forward through this congestion in anyway. The drivers are rude and curse and give fi hers to people who are just trying to get to the hospital or people who are working and delivering themselves. The staff outside does not direct the cars in anyway. They won't even allow you to speak to them unless they r taking your order. Remember, Attitude reflects leadership. I wound up in that line being treated poorly by the staff cuz they were mad they had to move cones to let me out of the line. Well, if the first person had allowed me to speak and ask my question I would not have been in the line. If the second worker had allowed me to speak I would bot have wound up behind cones. If the owners could train the managers to train the staff to be polite, respectful, patient, and willing to listen to a customer. Those few things would make the world of difference for customers who are treated poorly by the staff. They probably just aren't trained to do anything else aside from usher the line fwd as fast as they can once you get within 4 feet of the shade tents. They need to direct traffic so they do not take up the road. As it is now you have to go around the long way to get to the hospital cuz their drivethru traffic wraps three different directions on two different streets. there's no way to even drive into the parking lot and park to get inside due to the congestion for drive thru. The drivers get offended like your cutting in line so they start trying to barricade the openings so you can't pass them and the outside staff does nothing even when they see this happen. those kids need adult supervision in the parking lot. Where's the owner, do they not see this footage? Do they not care about the rest of the world or the other businesses around them? It's just let the cars in here to get food it doesn't matter who or what or how we treat others as long as we get our Chick-fil-A. The owner must think the same, it doesn't matter what they do as long as they make a buck. Get it together, I've seen other Chick-fil-A all over the country and this is the only one that can not fix its traffic congestion issues outside on the public streets around the store. something should be done, add another driveway, something After all of this happened about 5 times I gave up even trying to eat here. It's not worth the 45 min wait to get into the parking lot to park to go in, it doesn't help to make a pick up order either, unless you park at the hospital and walk up on foot. Again Attitude reflects leadership. I did not want to post this, but afyer giving up on one of my favorite restaurants, I felt the need to say this. Attitude...
Read moreI'm a frequent Chick-Fil-A customer and love Chick-Fil-A. I went to this Chick-Fil-A today 11/12/2016. As I was waiting, I noticed a gentleman with brown hair who "appeared" to be the manager unwrap a burrito, place his finger on the burrito, re-wrap the burrito, hand it to the young lady in the black jacket, who then proceeded to place it in a bag, hand it to me and apologized for the long wait time. I've never seen anything so disgusting and unsanitary before in my life!!!!
Usually when I go to Chick-Fil-A the burrito is wrapped with a sticker placed on the burrito. I'm thinking why would he unwrap the food? Why is he touching the food with his hands? Why did he do that???? I proceeded to tell the young lady at the window, the gentleman just unwrapped the burrito and placed his finger on it. Her response, "maybe it was his burrito he touched"! If it was his food, why did re-wrap the burrito and hand it to the young with the black jacket, who then proceeded to hand me the bag with the burrito?! She did apologize and offered to make me another burrito, I graciously "DECLINED" after witnessing that unsanitary scene, I DON'T want anything from this location again!!!
I don't live here, I'm here on my business! To all the people who do live here WATCH the people at the drive-thru window apparently they will open your food and touch it!

Read moreIt’s not a bad place they have really good food! But I do have one problem! Anytime I go to a location of there’s. I ask for my nuggets and fry’s to be cooked just slightly well done.. well they say they can’t do that anymore and that it came from corporate. Well I can tell you we don’t care what corporate has to say. We are the customers providing business to Chick-fil-A. I don’t like the way they cook the nuggets. They are slimy and rubbery. Same with the waffle Fry’s. Y’all gotta do something about that. Or this place will become the new McDonalds. When a customer requests that there food be cooked a certain way. That’s the way to do it.. just like when I go out to eat to have a steak. They ask me how would I like it cooked (Medium rare) they don’t tell me they can’t cook it that way. If they did they would lose a lot of service. When any company loses service they lose the maximum profit they could be making.. same in the transportation industry. We supply a truck load service to the customer. If the customer requests something or isn’t happy about something and we reject them.. Simply the customer could just reject the load at that time. Or terminate the contract that’s connected between the customer and the carrier. At that point the customer would find new carriers to work with. That’s just the way it works. SORRY BUT FIX YOUR...
