As everything else in Cape May, ridiculously expensive because of the taxes and all of the fees and everything else that that town imposes on every single business there. It's food is not worth the price that you're paying as you're literally getting a regular sandwich for around 8 to 12 or $15. And I am not talking about a Subway sandwich, I am talking about a loaf of bread, a slice in that loaf, with a little bit of cheese and some meat in it and they're charging an exorbitant amount of money for that product. This does not include a drink nor does it include fries. It does taste good, but the taste is drowned out by the price. It is not worth it unfortunately unless you have a lot of cash that you just want to throw away. My husband ordered the Pork roll grilled cheese with honey chipotle sriracha sauce with sharp and mild cheddar. He said that it was really delicious. I had the Homemade smashburger grilled cheese which was topped with diced tomato,pickles, raw onion, the house burger sauce and white cheddar on Texas Toast. The chopped veggies on top really made a difference in that there was an even distribution of each in every bite. This place was a complete ripoff, their tuna melt/grilled cheese sandwiches were the "daily special" and they didn't advertise/display the price anywhere. At $16.25 apiece you'd have expected a culinary masterpiece but they weren't even good. The tuna was watery and the sourdough bread was burned. They added a 10% To Go charge even though they had no open seats available inside and we were forced to sit right outside the front door to eat in the 90+ degree heat.
