Flight Burger — Restaurant in Carmel

Edit: I will spell this out in excruciating detail, as reading comprehension and arrogance are apparently mutually incompatible.

I entered the establishment. I viewed the menu. My family ordered. The kids got kids meals and my wife got some loaded fries. I informed the worker that I am gluten intolerant. I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun, fries, and a drink. At this juncture, I had not been informed that I was ordering fries with a dusting of gluten. While we were getting drinks, I was informed that the kitchen was out of gluten free buns. The words "sorry" or "apologize" were conspicuously absent. I asked for a refund of my burger, and was given it, and asked for my fries to be the loaded version my wife ordered. Our food came out and I got nothing. I asked when my food was coming. I was told, again with a conspicuous lack of apology and a plethora of uncaring mumbling, that I did not order anything. The server left. My wife and I decided to split her order, rather than place another one. At this point, she notices that there appears to be a crust on the fries, so I go to ask about it. Yes, there is flour on the fries, and if the staff had been paying enough attention to take my order, they would have happily poisoned me.

Therefore, no matter what an arrogant owner tells you, there is a service problem here, and if you have dietary restrictions you should definitely go somewhere else.

Original review, for posterity: I came in with my family a moment ago, informed the worker that I am gluten intolerant, ordered a burger and fries, and placed my family's order.

Then I was informed that they were out of gluten free buns, which is disappointing, but I understand that delays can happen. So I went and got a refund and said I would like the loaded fries that my wife ordered.

They brought out food for my kids and wife and when I asked about mine, the worker mumbled that I didn't order them.

We then noticed that the fries are coated in flour, and they were about to serve them anyway.

At no point was there even an attempt at an apology.

First time we've been here and this place is not only delicious, but friendly and an awesome hangout spot with a bar.

They have impossible meat here as well. So all burgers can be made into an impossible version.

There is a kids menu with four great choices for the little ones. Our kids get the 5 piece chicken tenders and fries to split. Not only filling but saves us $$$ as well.

We came in Sunday and we got all you can eat chicken wings and a Flight of Burgers. The all you can eat wings are HUGE! See our pictures! We started with the Garlic Parm wings and then tried the Lemon Pepper and Cajun wings.

For our flight of burgers we got an Anarchy burger, western burger and a classic crispy chicken burger. To be honest, I can't pick a favorite out of the bunch.

I just wanna touch base on the fries here. The fries are humongous curly shaped fries, freshly fried and tender. We ordered a side for the road!

We sat in outside on the patio and recommended that on a summer night.

This really is a hidden gem, it’s highly unlikely you’ll find this place without google maps or other gps navigation. Small place that sits on the corner with a few tables outside two or three inside a 21 and older bar and a few booths. Plenty of free parking and child friendly. Small menu offering burgers, chicken sandwich’s and tenders. Halal substitutions as well. I choose the “bomber burger” 2 wagyu beef patties, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickles and onion. With French fries. The Wife got the “Western burger” Wagyu beef, bacon, bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and an onion ring on top. These burgers were so juicy and full of flavor and the fries crispy and just right. With two chocolate shakes to top it all off. Great food, quick service nice place. Today’s special was two burgers your choice with one side 22$ slight upcharge for my burger. With our shakes bill came to around 34$ great deal. They started getting real busy around 3:30 when we...
