Ordered from here on Uber eats twice. The first time was a delivery and the toppings were off but I let it slide. It happens and sometimes when it’s busy we make mistakes. I ordered the second time and went to pick up to see the store conditions. There were 5 workers all working, by which I mean standing around doing nothing as my last sandwich sat there on the line. I thought the toppings must’ve been under the bread as I didn’t see any. Nope. They completely messed up the entire order. If it was busy or a long night, I’d get it. But the store was completely empty. Tried to ask for a refund on Uber eats but it said it had to “process with the store” which means that it most certainly will not give me a refund.
Horrible service and 30 dollars were wasted. Go to a different location as most Jersey Mikes actually taste pretty good.
Edit: I gave it one more shot. This time I went in and ordered so that everything would be correct. The bread was stale and the sandwich maker gave me a ton of lettuce. And now I am up at 1:30 with diarrhea and vomit due to food poisoning. STAY AWAY...

Read moreI am so upset tonight. This is mine and my husbands favorite place to eat. I live in Kokomo so we drive an hour away just to get it. Tonight i get home to eat my sandwich and its completely wrong. Someone else order because thw kid couldnt just let me finish placing my order he wanted to take the guys behind me too. I had to tell them when paying i just had two sandwichs. Then its wrong. Aint like i can just drive back to get my right sandwich. Very very disappointed and i will be calling the manager in the morning. If nothing is done i will call their corporate office.
