Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Carmel

Ordered from here on Uber eats twice. The first time was a delivery and the toppings were off but I let it slide. It happens and sometimes when it’s busy we make mistakes. I ordered the second time and went to pick up to see the store conditions. There were 5 workers all working, by which I mean standing around doing nothing as my last sandwich sat there on the line. I thought the toppings must’ve been under the bread as I didn’t see any. Nope. They completely messed up the entire order. If it was busy or a long night, I’d get it. But the store was completely empty. Tried to ask for a refund on Uber eats but it said it had to “process with the store” which means that it most certainly will not give me a refund.

Horrible service and 30 dollars were wasted. Go to a different location as most Jersey Mikes actually taste pretty good.

Edit: I gave it one more shot. This time I went in and ordered so that everything would be correct. The bread was stale and the sandwich maker gave me a ton of lettuce. And now I am up at 1:30 with diarrhea and vomit due to food poisoning. STAY AWAY...

Recently flew in from Florida to visit family, pulled into the parking lot a half hour before closing time and ordered a steak sandwich. The guy at the grille threw a tantrum because he had already finished cleaning the grille, it was rude and made me feel uncomfortable!!- I decided to give it another chance 4 days later, the place was busy, I waited in line outside for a while ,then inside, then while waiting for the sandwiches to be made I really had to go to the bathroom, as I walked towards the bath room is the rudest manner possible I was told to step on the other side of the barrier and the bathroom were closed- it sounded like a disciplinarian talking to a child- and the kid was standing there shaking his head at me-then to top it off when we got home 2 out of three of the sandwiches were made wrong- I am a restaurant owner from the Philadelphia area , if you’re going to open a million dollar franchise - do it right Or don’t do it at all - my 2 visits there reminded me of a trip to...

I am so upset tonight. This is mine and my husbands favorite place to eat. I live in Kokomo so we drive an hour away just to get it. Tonight i get home to eat my sandwich and its completely wrong. Someone else order because thw kid couldnt just let me finish placing my order he wanted to take the guys behind me too. I had to tell them when paying i just had two sandwichs. Then its wrong. Aint like i can just drive back to get my right sandwich. Very very disappointed and i will be calling the manager in the morning. If nothing is done i will call their corporate office. Their food is great just workers need to let people order their food and wait thsn take next...
