I have been to this target plenty of times. I’ve always had to wait to get my drinks made but I understand patience because I work in the food industry and understand things get really busy. I am all for second chances but today was unexpected and disappointing. After shopping I went to get two drinks. I walk up to line with one lady in front of me ordering. They did not say much to her, the two female (one of which I couldn’t see because I assume she was cleaning under the counter) were talking very loudly about there frustration with coworkers. I understand being irritated with coworkers again I work in the food industry but the way they were talking was not acceptable. I waited for 15 minutes to just order, I was not acknowledged even once. I know they saw me because the lady at the counter made eye contact with me. I was about to spend probably $12 or more dollars on coffee but yet I walked away after not being noticed at all. Read moreThis was the worst experience. I ordered ahead of time on the app, and I got there 5 minutes later when it said it would be ready within 2-7 minutes. It took another 10 minutes after I got there! They were not very busy for 8:30 in the morning, and there was no sense of urgency in any of the baristas.
