I am writing this review knowing that the pandemic has taken a hard toll on the restaurant business. Staffing issues, ingredient issues... I know a lot of things are out of their control. But it seems in general over the last few months quality has gone down quite a bit. We typically order the same exactly thing (frozen coffees all around) and you never know if you are going to get a frozen coffee with no milk (super strong coffee syrup is not good) or if it will have the right flavors. Two days ago we had a 4-drink order (not all frozen coffees) but the person taking the order at the speaker repeated everything perfectly. There was a different person at the window who charged incorrectly and handed out incorrect drinks (only the frozen coffee was correct). When this was mentioned, the manager was called over and tried to say we were lying? What? We just want what we ordered. I also take issue with seeing the manager NOT use gloves at all and not even bothering to wear a mask. The other employees wear them for the most part, but a lot of the time are down below their chin so what's the point? Again, I know covid has done a number so we have given grace. But it's been frustrating dumping out undrinkable coffees or having to add in our own milk to make it drinkable. Read more#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.
#2) The cashier was transferring doughnuts as I walked up, she removed one glove and then took my order and counted my cash and coins back with both hands (one glove/one bare) and then proceeded to transfer the doughnuts with the "money" glove.
#3) The coffee was up to par with it's taste.
My relationship with Dunkin is thick as I get my wife an Iced Latte EVERYDAY (sometimes myself too) We have been travelling for the last two years so I've been to many Dunkins between here and Florida. The less ice wasn't even attempted and the worker telling me I'm wrong was just an attempt to not correct it. Read moreI have ordered at 6:15 am egg and cheese with order of hash browns. I paid as per screen shows on drive-through when I got to my destination I found out I only have egg and cheese croissant. No hash browns no receipt when I called the store the lady who took my order she likes I put everything in your order and then the lady in the back talking in Gujarati yes, we forgot the hash browns so this lady who took my order told me she will give me a free doughnut and hash brown trying to make it better, but clearly not. She goes next time you come I will take care of you one I don’t have receipt she did not provide me with it to.
