Café Tropical — Restaurant in Carolina

Honestly, worst food quality I have tried. I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and there is no other place for breakfast around that I know. Attention goes with the “food quality “, poor. And of course for what you get is over price. There are only a few tables occupied and so many waiters doing nothing. It took them over 10 min for us to get a coffee refill (oh ! But they came to charge us very quick!). I’m beyond disappointed. If I don’t see any changes I won’t be coming back. Spend your money somewhere else. It's is convenient because it is inside the hotel but that is the only reason I would eat here again. The food was just ok. The pasta was dry and the seafood yha t was in it was just random not at all what was described on the menu.
