Service was okay up until a point and the chocolate chip cookie dish I got was a joke! I asked for the chocolate chip dish they have there that was supposed to be a cookie on the bottom with cookie dough, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whip cream, and drizzle....well there was no cookie dough and the cookie was a small bite sized cookie and no drizzle! My husband went back in to ask about the almost known existent cookie and cookie dough and they said that's all you get although the picture shows alot more cookies and cookie dough. We asked to have more added or something else and was told we would have to pay more! We will not be going back here and will make sure our friends and family who visit Puerto Rico do not go...

The worst service. Even the sign inside that indicated fun, and good service to every customer did not help these guys. Even other customers made comments on how we were served, yet the guy in charge insisted. Payed $32 for 5 ice creams that took about 45-50 mins to get, not including line time.
