The staff truly exceeded my expectations - they are the friendliest and most attentive group of people you'll ever meet. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at ease and welcome every step of the way. In fact, I loved it so much that I decided to sign up for monthly IV therapy sessions, and even combine it with the Nano IV too! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Aside from the warm and attentive staff, and the very pristine set up and attention to detail in the entirety of the building: they genuinely cared, listened to my concerns after I’ve had a terrible experience with getting medical attention in Puerto Rico. My trip was ruined when I got sick and they addressed and had a solution for every single problem I had. The space is so calming down to the setup which included heated blankets and reclining chairs. I cannot stress enough how worth a visit this place is you will not regret it. The only “con” I can really say is the drip treatment takes a while but I’d rather it be done slow and safe than wrong. But it goes to show they’re not trying to rush you...

I was feeling a little bit under the weather about half way into my Puerto Rico trip. I had caught a cold and started my period and could have lost a week to that. I decided to come to vida wellness and was blown away by the cleanliness and friendliness/knowledge of the staff. Hector helped me get a Meyers Cocktail with a zinc boost and 1hr and under $200 later I was feeling ready to conquer my week! You can tell that their bags have a good amount of vitamins by the deep color and the vitamin taste when you are hooked up. They really don’t skimp! Hector also told me about some incredible things to do on the island while I was hooked up and gave me some tips on what rental car to get. A+ service...
