I wanted to share my experiences at Gustos Café at terminal A at Luis Muñoz Marín AirPort . Her name is Adriana Rodriguez👏👏👏She was definitely amazing 🙌 !!! Friendly , well organized so clean and so efficient, and never once on her phone in the four hours that I was waiting at the airport I hope Gustos Café appreciate her excellent work. El día de hoy decidimos tomar un café y comer algo antes de abordar nuestro vuelo. Sin embargo, la experiencia en su establecimiento fue decepcionante. El empleado que nos atendió estaba hablando por teléfono y no prestó atención a nuestra orden. Solicitamos un macchiato de 12 onzas, pero nos respondió de manera inapropiada, diciendo que el macchiato solo era de 8 onzas y que "esto no era Starbucks".

Es lamentable que en nuestro país algunos empleados traten a los clientes de forma poco profesional, como si fueran amigos o alguien a quien pueden hablarle sin el debido respeto. Este tipo de servicio afecta negativamente la experiencia del cliente. Por mi parte, no volveré a comprar en su establecimiento.

Today, we decided to have a coffee and something to eat before boarding our flight. However, our experience at your establishment was disappointing. The service is very poor and yes, it is in an airport but the food could be prepared with more style, at least that's what I would expect for the price you are paying.
