McDonald's — Restaurant in Carpinteria

THIS MCDONALDS IS RACIST starting off with the so-called “manager” Jeffery McGuire, we where traveling to Santa Barbara and decided to stop for some food being that the drive-thru was full my dad got off and ordered for us 30 minutes later my dad got frustrated and told another customer this is some slow service may I add he’s 110% correct it does not take 30 minutes to start and order well another customer was very offended over this and decided to try and get physical my dad simply told him I’m not going to fight you I just had surgery the manager without having any knowledge of the situation decides to jump in and be captain save a racist and started yelling at my dad he’s my customer I’m sorry sooo is spending money there isn’t enough ok good to know my dad tell him you know what if there is a problem please call the cops the ”manager” immediately responds I absolutely can't do that I have policies well why are you stepping in and making the situation worst is what I would love to know well then his customer says to call the cops on this Mexican all of sudden his ”policies” didn't exist, at all he grabs the phone calls the cops yelling there is a problem here against my customer and a Mexican he's a Mexican first of all thank you, Jeffery, we are very aware of our race but in all that you could have asked for his name instead of referring to him as a Mexican just for your information he is a very successful business man that goes by Jose anyways cops show up and good old jeff runs to them and says he's my customer and that's the Mexican I called about shames me to say this since in our city we work so closely with our fellow officers but they weren't much help either since Jeff made my dad seemed like he was a Mexican monster that's another story at the end of the night in all this Jeff thought it was ok to be holding our burger behind the counter like we weren't hungry or anything till the cops showed up we weren't going anywhere in case you had forgotten we are the ones who asked you to call but you had ”policies” we for our cold Burgers and fries an hour and 20 minutes later cold as can be at that point what in God’s name is the point of paying $30 for something that takes that long and with the poorest quality that can be done at this point he was just trying to be funny just like i think is funny how you follow your “policies” Jeff there is a guy eating his French fries on the counter and you can't tell him to take a seat that its unsanitary I already made my report to corporate I'll be doing the survey next but I would like to say thank you to Jeff for the poor service and pointing out our race we are well aware I hope you love your...

So I ordered a large fry a couple of minutes ahead of time then walked into the restaurant stood and waited. It took longer then it should have because I had to wait on frys being cooked but thats ok. I sat down to enjoy my fries and put a movie on to watch whilst I was eating. I wasnt going to watch the whole thing obviously just about 25 or so minutes. I was sat there about 5 minutes and this middle aged white man who works there was pacing up and down the area where I was eating and kept looking at me. He continued to do this the entire time as I was eating as if he had nothing better to do. Literally the second I put the last fry in my mouth he told me I had to leave. He said this to me after 18 minutes. This was by far the most uncomfortable Ive ever been at a McDonalds. I worked at one for 6 months in Belfast, Ireland when I was 18. Im doing a walking challenge from San Francisco to San Diego and Ive been too many. This was by far the worst customer service Ive ever received. This mans attitude towards me and the way he treated me was completely uncalled for. I demand this feedback be treated very seriously and would like to be contacted back either via email or phone and would like to know what repercussions this man will be facing for such rudeness. A truly awful experience at this McDonalds. Never have I been at such a stingy McDonalds. Everywhere are posted signs about how many sauce packets I get with my McNuggets, that a sauce packet = 25 cents, and a bunch others making me feel like a preschooler about what I get. The fries where older and stale, and when I asked for ketchup ( which they give upon requests, as another sign reminded me) I got one packet with a annoyed look. I get it: food waste is bad, and I am all for conserving plastic and food for a better world, but can I just get warm fries and enough ketchup for them? My burgers had only had one pickle, when we all know a McDouble has at least 2, when I pointed this out the sign and groaning was palpable. Not asking for much here! To top it off when I asked for a water cup they gave me the smallest cup ever, basically a large shot glass. ( I bought a medium soda so its not like I was asking for a free drink!!) What the heck, I had to refill it 4 times to get enough! The tables were all messy, even for fast food standards. TLDR: stingy McDonald’s , probably a franchise. Avoid an got to any other one...
