It's a McDonald's, but I hate that they don't give me my receipt until the second window and then only if I ask for it. The get the order wrong 20% of the time and it would be nice to see what they put down so we could fix any problems in advance.
I removed another star, because today's service was awful! I placed my order and waited in line which seemed to be moving extra slow today, but just thought it may be anything. Finally got to the first window where I usually pay at and it was closed, so I was wondering what was up. Then I got to the second window and they revealed that the card machine isn't working, and since COVID they only take exact change after I've already waited for 15 minutes? It wouldn't have been so bad if they had told me about it while I was placing my order, or if they had used the first window to tell me, but making me wait so long and then tell me that I can't get the food just irked me. Perhaps I could have noticed people in front of me not getting food and driving away I may have drawn a connection, but I was keeping my kiddo entertained in the back seat while we waited... I wonder if they were waiting to make food until they got paid in cash at the second window? That might make since... just an awful...
Read moreThe senior lady is always rude. I've gone there a few times, I've even seen friends and coworkers of all sorts there. I'd have to translate sometimes and she just treats them all like they're beneath her. Just today for Thanksgiving I go with my father to get food for our family, and I understand it's busy. That's fine. When we get our order breakfast was already done. We order a number 1 no onions, and she rudely says it has no onions. We got the breakfast number 1 instead, and I would've been okay if she didn't treat my father like he's slow in the head and you'd think she was smart enough to know oh they're here for the lunch menu. I'm going to get my refund during the afternoon as clearly afternoon shift is trained well in customer service. If you want breakfast, or go in the morning don't expect good service at all. They don't care about mobile orders, rude customer service, and wrong orders and they'll just tell you it's not their problem. Morning in this mcdonalds? Never again. Not with the senior lady and the manager in charge...
Read moreI don't know the name of the woman who took my order on the left drive through at around 12:35 PM on May 7, but her customer service was subpar at best and appalling at worst. I was ordering 2 happy meals for friends and was confused by the menu. Instead of helping, she responded by yelling (almost bellowing) and rushing me. It was extremely offputting and uncomfortable, and it caused me to order less than what my two friends had wanted because I wanted to remove myself from the situation. I'm paraphrasing for the sake of brevity, but I'd be happy to provide further details if necessary. I see little to no excuse for this behavior, coming from someone who also works (and genuinely enjoys!) customer service in a workplace with hundreds of customers HOURLY. I would give 1 star but I believe in giving grace even if you don't receive it. Some suggestions: Do not work in a customer facing role if you do not have customer service skills.
