McDonald's — Restaurant in Carrollton

I got one happy meal and slushy. Paid almost 10.00 The chicken nuggets were burnt and hard to eat. I went back and show them the nuggets and I was very polite and said I don't mean to complain but my daughter can't eat these. They're burnt so they told me to park at number to curbside and they would bring out the chicken nuggets. I told them thank you 7 minutes later they brought out another 6 piece nugget which is the second picture shown on here. It looks like they drop them on the floor I will not let my daughter eat them. I'm going to Jack's to get her some chicken fingers this is sad I was very polite and courteous.The girl just handed me my food in my window. And she was kind of rude. I could have been rude back but I'm trying not to be that type of person but that is very very unacceptable almost $10 for one chicken nugget Happy Meal and a slushy they were not kind they were all so rude and there is no one here I hope you all have a good experience if you come...

They are understaffed for the lunch hour, undercooked my fries and I waited 20-minutes at the door. The drive thru lady was very nice to check with other staff members about my order and I only knew this because I ended up walking in to see what was taking so long. They seem understaffed and in a rush and don’t do well under pressure. I understand the demand during the lunch hour and angry customers but this was terrible. Do things efficiently don’t hand over soggy fries that weren’t even ready to come up, I was in there long enough to watch one girl drop the fries another one pick it up before time was up for them to be done and dump a bunch of soggy fries in its container. I was too mad and out of time to ask for a refund but until they get more staff, go to another franchise for big orders or just avoid the lunch hour between 12 and 2pm. Poor girls must be...

This used to be the best mcdonalds in town, especially when compared to the UWG mcdonalds. However in the past 6 months of ordering, I can't remember the last time I was given fries that were cooked. I've worked fast food so I understand it's easy to burn fries, but when the fries are raw-potato white and more limp than that dude who sleeps by the dumpster out back, there's an issue. Said I wouldn't come back but tried again since it's on the way home and I had already had a miserable day, just wanted some food. Only to be served raw wet fries again, and even better; one of those squishy stick on nails that you get from the dollar store on my chicken nuggets.
