Absolutely awful, terrible service, extremely rude staff! that don't have your items stocked, give you things you didn't order, that you don't realize until you're home (miles away) of course, then tell you that they don't do said item, so replaced it with this or that, without your consent and charge your card for stuff you don't like and then refuse to refund your card and instead offer to give you credit for an amount less than half of what you paid for the order THEY botched. The manager is the worst, we have had three bad dealings with this harpie and after yesterdays fiasco, I called head office to complain. The place is a health hazard, loose flooring all over, this is why our last two orders have been take out, tables have to be cleaned right before you're seated, because they're too lazy to clean between customers unless they have to. Menus are sticky to the touch, it's just a hole, close it already or fire your useless staff, who seemed more interested in talking to each other, swearing like sailors, than serving their customers. Nothing like being made to feel that you're putting them out, for expecting them to do their job, you know, that thing they get paid for. So just in case the people that actually own this joint happen to read these comments, I seriously suggest you take a long hard look at the staff that is running your livelihood into the ground. Sales dropped recently? This is why, our last three dealings with them have been awful, they make mistakes and then lie. Have a friend go in and order as any other customer, or have them take out, then when the order is wrong and it will be wrong, if you order bone in wings, which they apparently don't do but don't tell you this on the phone and then give you chicken nuggets in my opinion, wings have bones. See how they speak to you for daring to ask for your money back or the exact value of your order, not that you take it after these exchanges, I don't fancy my pizza with a side of spit. shame on this location! My company orders from Pizza Hut on a regular basis for our company lunches that employees and customers depend on weekly to be served at 12:00sharp. Pizza Hut was on our approved list and accommodated us up until today. We ordered the pizza pies as normal and 12:00 came around and no one from Pizza Hut called us to let us know what was happening. When we called them they ignored the calls from our business line but answered when we called from another line. Said they asked door dash to deliver for us and should not have been taking our orders along. When we finally got in touch with door dash that had the pizza pies she was headed to Heard County and we are in Bremen GA!! Pizzas arrived cold at 1:15PM. Needless to say our customers gave up and went somewhere else for their lunch when we had invited them to have lunch with us!! Pizza Hut never even let us know there was an issue!! Ordered online delivery to my place of work not even 5 minutes down the road from them . While I was dealing with customers, Some guy named Chris called me left a voicemail saying there was no delivery drivers!? Excuse me why offer delivery then ? So he said please call me back to cancel the order, so I then tried . I called the “store number” which I was on hold for 20 minutes with their “why do they care so much..?” Slogan on replay over and over again . It would appear that they don’t care though. 20 minutes and you can’t pick up the phone. I literally was transferred somehow to a customer service guy that sounded like we was out of country. I still have yet to get ahold of anyone to be able to get my money returned.
