McGee's Bakery — Restaurant in Carrollton

This is a truly wonderful bakery -- not just in the quality and prices but in the service as well! I ordered a FULL sheet cake for a Senior celebration. Let's start there. First, I came in with a super complex design. I had it all drawn out on paper and I had a pretty specific vision in my head. They took this job head-on and with only a few logistical adjustments -- they captured exactly what I wanted! I was going for a design that honored three different high schools in the area (and their colors) to represent the schools the seniors were graduating from. Then-- the day I was due to pick up-- I completely forgot to get The cake before they closed! I was simply balancing too many plates and picking up the cake slipped through the cracks! Well -- the lovely people at McGee's bent over backwards to come back to the bakery to let me pick up and pay for the cake! The price was amazing and the quality was epic! And to top it all off -- even though this absentmindedness was completely my fault, they were the picture of customer service and I was walked out and the cake was carried for me and placed gently in my car.
