Starbucks — Restaurant in Carson City

This particular store today was Awesome and very professional, but other stores should follow suit.

Unfortunately, Starbucks has gotten so big. It's hit and miss, depending on what store you go to. Starbucks has gotten to the point where they just want you to conform to what the day brings. Whether they're posted or not, especially when it comes to hours when open. Some stores open a 1/2 hour later, but they don't post it on the internet. It says one thing, and when you get there It says something else and then the people just look at you like you're crazy, they turned her back to you and don't let you know that it's going be at least a 1/2 hour before they open other than what the posted time says. Nicest people work here ! They work very well together and actually chat with you . Very happy to be employed and happy to be there . You can tell it is just a synergistic and happy place . They need to bottle that and shop that all over the country to every Starbucks. It is what is currently missing from Starbucks and why I generally go to other coffee shops now. Some of the baristas are nice, but most don't care about the quality of the beverage nor are genuinely friendly. Manager is horrible as well, saw her yelling at her crew for helping disabled people, for taking half a second to greet a customer, and wouldn't you know it for doing their jobs.
