My current visit to Pieology was a little distasteful. I notice that some of the employees had already an attitude when we walked in. What took the cake even more was when asked of getting a side, there in plan site was several long pieces of hair on top of the lettuce bowl. She asked me do I want the salad ๐ฅ, I replied "No" and point down to the bowl of lettuce to show her. Then she brings out the large container of lettuce from underneath counter and asked again do I still want it. I replied again saying "No" due to the fact that the hair could of cross contaminated to that batch of lettuce too. She coped an attitude even more and proceeded to take the bowl to the back. To me it seemed like this is a normal thing that happens ๐ค frequently. Why get an attitude when things are ๐ pointed out to you. "Food shouldn't be contaminated with any foreign objects period." I explained that he is disabled and needed to sit down. He did not have the strength to stand in line and wait to be serviced. You could visibly see my brother sitting down with canes in his hand! I pointed to my brother and he waived to Joe showing him that he was with me. I even went over to him and got the credit card to pay for the pizzas. Joe would still not honor the $6 per person pizza deal. Joe stated "well he needed to be in line and since he isn't you don't get the discount." My brother has sat down plenty of times and other employees have given us the discounts. We also have came in with his wheelchair and stayed off to the side so we don't block the doors. Next, once it was my turn the female with as nasty an attitude as she could, said, "what's your order?" Disregarding her little attitude, I said please change your gloves before we get started.
