Let me start off by saying I love you, Mark. I mean, it’s not in a romantic sense. But maybe it is. Do you want it to be? That’s not really where I wanna go about it. Maybe I just came on too harsh. But in a good way. Sorry let me just restart.
OK, let me make it so clear. Clear as day. I had food. But like the first thing I did when I got in the building, I was greeted by this absolute prince charming. He was wearing glasses, he had a confidence in which I feel like I was missing in my own life, and in which he almost perfectly complimented. And boy did he have a full head of hair. This man, I think single-handedly changed my life from the get-go. He immediately offered to take my order. You know how I responded? I went to the kiosk and ordered it myself. But that’s not really what I was trying to get at. I just thought I’d let you know that though. So anyways, I got the order. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. I was absolutely excited for this. I sat down at a table on the opposite side from my brother. I should also mention that the kid that was sitting behind my brother, looked like the Rizzler. That kid was funny. My brother got his meatless lasagna. And Alfredo. With a side of pizza slice. Here, I will go ahead and tell him to tell you his review on such occasion.
Here it goes:
“it weren’t no Carrabba‘s, but it was probably some mamas cooking. Mama always cooked Chef Boyardee the right way in anyways, so the breadsticks were just the Diggity split. I will say the pizza was 20% oil, but that might just be the seasoning and I might be unseasoned, but I will say the cheese was of upmost quality. I mean, after all, that’s where the oil came from right? And I like the oil anyways enough about the oil. The Alfredo was good. The joint was very clean. I must say I didn’t see a pickle out of place. I also didn’t see a pickle in a good way Trust me. I don’t want to see a pickle in an Italian restaurant and I also don’t like pickles so that’s a huge plus I would say overall I really liked Mark.”
Well, I have to say, that is a review.
Well, anyways, back to what I was trying to say... I forgot. Well, I’m gonna go ahead and try something else. If he finally got his food and then I waited like 20 minutes. But in a good way. Do you know how you fall in love with someone and they don’t show that emotion back so it just absolutely builds up anticipation.? Like, how you would if you saw a gentleman like Mark? Just not in a romantic sense unless he wants it that way because I am all about consent. So anyways what I was trying to get up there’s a train driving by while I’m writing this review. Give me a second period. So I finally got my food after waiting like 20 minutes and some lady, not even Mark brought it out. I was very disappointed. Why I’m even more upset with David, my brother, who isn’t 7 foot three got his food delivered by Mark and he offered and did shave fresh Parmesan onto his plate. He actually did that. It’s like, what were we all for? What are we Mark? (Question MARK). And that cheese didn’t have oil by the way I just thought I’d say something about it. David says it was like a nice cheese sponge. But you know who didn’t get that cheese sponge? Me.
Well, anyway, the lady got me my food and what I really had to come out with was the fact that like, it wasn’t Mark. She was obviously like I don’t know a manager or something because she definitely was like acting like she ran in the place. That’s not a bad thing. But Mark really should get a raise. Oh oh oh oh oh oh! Document this word for word. I have nothing to say. I just wanted to let you know you should document this whole review. Word for Word. For Mark sake. I would even more prefer it. If you could screenshot this entire review print it put it in an envelope and personally deliver it to him and also frame it and hang it up on the wall the envelope, the envelope included. OK so anyway, I got my food and it was like, drenched in a ton of Alfredo sauce, which was extra watery and the pasta in a good way. Anyways give mark a promotion. I love...
Read moreOn the evening of Friday March 12, 2021 my wife and I stopped at the Fazoli's in Cartersville. The first thing we noticed was the couple in front of us took quite a long time to get their food order completed. I would guess about 5 minutes. We placed our food order, made our drinks and headed to the dining area. I would say about 50% of the dining area was restricted due to Covid protocols. There were at least two tables that needed clearing and a couple of open tables. So the dining area was less than 50% occupied. We seated ourselves overlooking the drive-thru lane. Cars were steadily moving through. We waited for our food. We saw one couple come in after us and after they were seated for a while got a refund and left. Other people took seats in the restricted seating because the available tables weren't cleared. How long is too long to wait for food? We waited 53 minutes! All the while cars steadily going through the drive-thru. I'm certain they didn't wait 53 minutes. There was a family already seated when we arrived. When their food was eventually brought out I overheard them say they were missing several items. Later more food was brought to their table. When they left we were still waiting for our food. The father of the group told me that they never received some of their order. In the entire time we were there (well over an hour) I never saw a table cleared. We saw several people enter and leave without ordering. We also saw several cars back out of the drive-thru lane even though it was moving lightning fast compared to the dining room. To top off the experience when our food was finally brought out mine was cold. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea about the temperature of my food. I don't mean it was warm instead of hot, it was cold. This is the worst dining experience I can recall, a monument to bad management. I give one star because I can't give less on...
Read moreWell it was certainly busy today. Especially since it was opening week. Drive thru was around the building. The line to dine in was out the door. They handed out menus to the drive thru guest. The food was good. Tasted fresh and was warm. The lettuce to the salad even seemed fresh and not soggy, but the toppings to the salad were lacking. The pasta was very good, seasoned well. No complaints at all on the quality of the food. Breadsticks were very good and fresh as well. The only odd part was I guess if you came alone you were automatically getting it to go, but if I’m waiting in line for 15 minutes and planning on leaving a review on my experience I’m going to sit down. I do not particularly want to eat my meal in the car when it’s so hot outside and I’m pregnant, so I wanted to sit down and enjoy my meal. A ton of tables were cleaned off and open, so I sit down as I planned and ate my meal, but of course received no customer service. No one greeted me, no one offered me any assistance, the people walking around with breadsticks never offered me any even though they are unlimited. I was just another person they were trying to rush out of the restaurant. But if you are in a group of people or not alone then you get treated better. Disappointed on the customer experience. I know it’s opening week but each customer should be treated the same. You never know who is going to be...
