Came in alone on Tuesday July 1st 2025 about 3:30pm. First impression is outside parking lot needs a major cleanup and pressure washing. Looks like a neglected KFC from the 1970âs, very depressing. Trash everywhere, no maintenance done on landscape, just very sad looking.
Luckily the inside of the restaurant was much cleaner. When I came in there were no guests but all of the employees I could see were either prepping food or cleaning.
They had some coupons for several items and the young lady that was cleaning offered to help me ring up at the counter instead of the self-order kiosk. According to the receipt her name was Tammy; very friendly and helpful, and stayed busy the whole time I was there.
I ordered the 8 piece bucket meal deal which is normally $29 but with coupon was only $18.99 which is a heck of a deal, comes with 8 pieces of chicken, two large sides and 4 biscuits. I also ordered 4 of the apple fritter desserts or whatever theyâre called (I actually ordered the strawberries and crème cheese ones but apparently they donât have those anymore so they gave me apple, which if I had known I wouldnât have ordered them, they tasted ok but not something I would order again).
Got my order and got home, everything was fine, chicken was good and cole slaw was good as usual, biscuits were not exactly fresh but I came between lunch and dinner so I didnât expect perfection!
Only food issues I had was the gravy for the mashed potatoâs was very watery and definitely not the thick brown gravy I am used to and expect, tasted bland and that was a big letdown because thatâs my favorite item at KFC (wish they would bring back the âchicken littleâ sandwiches, those are the best!
Anyway overall the food was good except for the gravy and switching out the apple fritters, but I was very impressed with the customer service of Tammy and how all the employees were looking busy and productive, also how rapidly my food was served.
So this review should probably be lower but I gave it 4 stars basically due to the employees, otherwise: 5 stars for customer service and interior, 3 for food, 2 for exterior cleanliness. Not sure if Iâll come back here but I will give kudos the the management for having friendly and productive employees. Spend some money on the exterior, I almost didnât go inside because the outside is so ugly and depressing. I have never been that way about a place but it looked like a place in the slums in the early 70âs....

Oh, KFC. You promised me crispy, golden goodness, but instead, you gave me a front-row seat to the Food Poisoning Olympics. Let me paint the picture: It was a sunny day, and I decided to treat myself to your signature fried chicken. Big mistake.
At first bite, everything seemed fineâthe crunch, the seasoning, the juicy chicken. Little did I know, this meal was about to stage a hostile takeover of my digestive system. About two hours later, my stomach decided it was time for a fire drill, and letâs just say, my bathroom has now seen things that canât be unseen.
On the bright side, Iâve never felt so cleansed. Forget detox teasâone KFC combo meal did the trick. It was like my body was auditioning for a medical drama titled âWhen Fried Chicken Attacks.â
To be fair, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. Too quick, perhaps. Iâm wondering if the chicken had enough time to get properly acquainted with the fryer.
Would I recommend KFC? If youâre looking for a unique way to spend your weekend, sure! Itâs like a surprise vacation for your intestines. But if you value your health, maybe stick to the mashed potatoesâassuming they havenât joined the rebellion.
In conclusion, KFC gave me a meal Iâll never forget⌠because my stomach wonât let me. Thanks for the memories (and the gastro-trauma), KFC. Itâs been real.

Read moreWent through the drive thru, paid for a 10pc for $30+. I got asked to wait at the parking lot and they'll bring my order. 20 minutes later, nothing. I went inside, and there's a line of people waiting for their order. The same people got told to wait in the parking lot. As I was waiting, people in the drive thru got served while all of us (who got told in the parking lot) were still waiting for our order. Finally, 45 minutes or so, I got my order. That's not considering the fact that people ordered after me got their order first. I guess my patients are so long that I have been able to bear all that waiting and frustration. On top of that, the front service lady couldn't even say sorry or show sympathy for the very long wait time and with an attitude. Anyway, I got home (frustrated and almost lost my appetite, and feel sorry for my guests), I laid out the food, and they all looked dry, saggy breading. And sure enough, it was and taste stale. I should have listened to my stomach to go to Popeye, but my brain was asking for KFC. By far, the most wasted $30 spent. Also, keep the kitchen floor sweep and clean, especially when it's open for...
